Walmart Supercenter

This is the closest grocery store to me, so I return for convenience of location and value pricing. It consistently is out of stock on many items, the lines are usually very long because of the lack of ample checkout personnel on staff, but they do offer very competitive pricing on most items. It’s also open 24 hours, so you can grab pretty much anything you could possibly ever need at any time of day. After all, that is what Walmart around the world is known for.

Horrible service at the deli counter. Lots of ppl working but no one wants to take my order. 10 min later I ordered a pound of shaved turkey. 10 min later she hands it to me. I saw 5 ppl working the deli counter, 2 ppl by the potato salad goofing off w/​each other. 2 ppl in the bakery talking to another employee. (Yes i took a pic). I hate walmart but can’t afford to shop another place.

When you need a Wal-​Mart that is not a «neighborhood market,» this is the one I recommend.
We live on Brookside. This leave us with little options if we are looking for specific things that only Wal-​Mart can offer such as cat ears for Halloween that my daughter saw at the Owasso one and decided not to get then but «needs them for her trip.»
Overall, the store is clean and well stocked. It seems pretty safe and normally has plenty of registers open. This one is convenient for a quick snack or drink before conquering the mall!
I am not sure why I cannot give Wal-​Mart five stars… I just cannot.

First let me start by saying this Walmart much like all the rest is way to busy for the amount of people that shop there. The produce is a hit or miss as to weather its gonna be fresh or not. The staff that works there is very rude and if you ask them a question, they always say ill go find out and what they really should say is i’m gonna go somewhere else so i don’t actually have to work. I don’t like Walmart much any way but this one is miserable.

Oh boy what can i say that’s positive about this Walmart? I guess if i had to think of something it was be that this location is convenient to where we live… lord that’s a pathetic reason to give it 2 stars but gas is going up higher so 2 stars it will be.
The cashiers never seem happy… actually thinking about it, i haven’t encountered 1 nice & helpful employee. It’s a shame because I used to work for a Walmart before and you would have your Nice & helpful employee’s and you would have your not so happy and willing to help you employees. So it seems like this store is missing it’s positive employees unless they got ran off or something (which i would of too)
Always super busy and crowded… also the bathrooms are always dirty and filthy so if u gotta go then just hold it till u get home lol

They messed up.

I went to the tire center for an oil change. After patiently waiting two hours in the waiting area, I went outside to looking in the garage to find my car in the garage with the hood open so I go back thinking they working on it. I waited another hour before I decided to ask what is going on? They responded that they can’t open the motor oil tank. It took 3 hours before they could tell me that they couldn’t change my motor oil. Even if it was busy for those first two hours, my car was in the garage with the hood open for another full hour without someone being able to tell me thanks for waiting but we can’t change your motor oil. I think after you realize you can’t open the motor oil tank that it takes a couple of seconds to tell the owner instead of 3 hours and having me question them after waiting that long.
As for why did I wait 3 hours to begin with, they kept reassuring me that my car would be worked on if I waited and I could check the status with my receipt on the scanner. It would be nice to know the moment you realize that you can’t change my motor oil instead of letting me think for 3 hours you can.
