Pros: I love my local West Elm. So many reasons why. They usually have what I am looking for. When I wanted a gold tray for my living room coffee table, I walked into the store and was able to choose from a variety of trays. When they don’t have what I’m looking for, they order it for me. This is so much better than ordering from online since they can usually find some coupon code to use towards my purchase. They make returns so easy. When I come in with my dog, they give him compliments, belly rubs, and treats. There are always employees on hand to help me with anything I need (they’re not all clustered in the back chatting with each other like at some other stores).
Cons: None that I can think of. Sometimes it’s difficult to find parking at Utica Square?

From the outside it looks like a fancier Pier 1, but it is more furniture oriented. They had lots of pillows and bedding too. Much of the wood furniture didn’t look like more than particle board. They had some nice things.
