Being new to Tulsa I am very anxious to try out the local cuisine. This place was recommended and since I really like burgers, it seemed like a perfect choice for me. It’s sad that I have to write this review because I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, I can’t. One bite of this burger and all I could think of was, «WhataBummer.»
The meat was so salty that all other flavor was lost. The only reason I could think of to use that much salt is to hide the poor quality of the meat. I would bet that Whataburger uses beef that is at least 30% fat and probably higher.
There are plenty of burger joints in Tulsa so I’m sure to fine some really good ones. Whataburger will not be on that list.

It’s fast food but so much better than other places. The staff was so friendly (something I’m not used to, being from Memphis!) and the food was so delicious. Can’t go wrong with a patty melt!

We originally had an issue with our order. It was missing some things once we got home. I emailed Whataburger and got a call back shortly after offering to either completely refund the entire order or go in for a replacement. Dave the general manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. We later just decided on a replacement and the manager Claire was equally helpful. It was a simple mistake and I really didn’t expect a full replacement but appreciated it nonetheless. Will go back and not just because we LOVE Whataburger but because their customer service is awsome and quick. Thankyou for all your help Dave and Claire!
