The best thing about what a burger is that they’re open 24 hours, every other location I’ve been to has great service regardless of what time it is. Unfortunately this location being the closest to my house doesn’t. The service is usually terrible, probably because ordering food interrupts the employee card game going on in the lobby. The sad part is I would be willing to forgive that it took me 15 minutes to order and get my food, but then it’s cold and stale. Please find better employees and improve your service.

This Whataburger needs new employee’s or management. The drive thru takes way too long and items missing from sack once you get it home. This has happened often in the last two months. Please improve your service!

I go on lunch break at 2 am since I work overnight and while the food is good when we dine inside the floor has just been mopped with an oily mop and it takes all you can do not to fall. I have walked on many just mopped floors but this floor has been mopped with a dirty mop or dirty greasy mop water. I won’t dine inside due to this.

I’m a Whataburger fan, but today was a disappointment. The lady taking our order was new, but made sure she had our orders correct. As we sat waiting for our meal it was apparent that the kitchen was having issues. When our meal came out our burgers were wrong. Most of the time I would have taken them back, but I didn’t think it was worth it today. I have eaten at this Whataburger many times and hope they get this straightened out.

Great food. Great service. Even fast service considering Whataburger has never claimed to be a fast food restaurant.
