They have a shop in Tulsa and one in Rogers, AR. I have purchased several items from them in the past and have been pleased with the service and products.
I am remodeling a place on the lake in Arkansas and simply wanted to select two fireplace inserts, pay for them here but have the contractor pick them up in Arkansas.
They would not ship them to their other store for pickup.
I then asked them to call the other store and order them there–
I was told they didn’t sell fireplace stuff in Arkansas. I later found that they did
