We’ve been coming here for years. My wife and three kids have used these folks repeatedly. The staff has always taken care of us.

I came back here after having a horrible experience at Eyemart on yale. Better to go back to a place that had respect and it’s truely helpful. The staff it’s respectful and help you find the glasses you like and want. Tank you all.

Always the absolute worst customer service. No greeting, no assistance, no pride in their business. If my insurance didn’t require me to come here I would avoid at all cost. Signed in 25 minutes ago staff sitting around and no one has assisted.

Absolutely horrible! Been a loyal customer for years. I heard their service had gotten bad since the last time I went in. Will never be back. My expectations were low going in today, worse than I thought. Spent three hours there and left after being ignored for the last hour. Waste of time and money.

I came here to get my new glasses because my old ones were basically falling apart. One side is loose and the coating on the lenses is chipping off, so they needed to be replaced. I got an appointment with«Dr. Z» right away and with my vision insurance through my husband’s job, the price was very reasonable. That was the good news. The bad news was that once I got my glasses, my eyes never quite adjusted. I had this weird 3D effect with my vision. After wearing them for a few days, I took them back in to be rechecked. It turns out that someone there had made my left lens much stronger than it really needed to be. I waited for two hours the first visit and an hour the second visit in a crowded office that resembled a packed tuna can. Seriously this place is always a zoo and there is NEVER enough seating. Then, I find out that my lens will have to be ordered and I will get it sometime in a week. The next time I get new glasses, I think I will choose another optometrist in my network.

I ordered glasses here, and they sent them to the Memorial location. Uhhh: 1. Why were they sent to the other location in the first place? 2. Were you even going to notify me that my glasses were in the Tulsa metropolitan area?
