Suncrest Apartments

I have lived here for 8 months and would recommend renting at suncrest. Rachel is a great manager. She is professional, friendly and consistent. She is always available and honestly cares about providing tenants with a good community for families. Rachel walks the property several times daily. Is aware of what is going on in community to keep a safe environment. There is a basketball area for kids to play and socialize. She oversees Pool during the summer and a clubhouse available for get togethers. Any maintenance request is dealt with promptly. Apt inspections are done to ensure cleanliness, damage repair, and safety, ie smoke alarms working. They updated appliances to be more green. Landscape, maintenance, improvements ongoing. Did I mention when you call office you reach Rachel, if unavailable very shortly returns call. and is available daily !! Plus not told fill out form etc for request, she comes right over and if needs add help done right away. Check them out you can’t go wrong! :-)

I have lived here for 5 years and have been through 4 or 5 different managers. They finally got someone who knows what she’s doing and has made it a nice place to live. As long as Rachel is the manager you are in great hands. Rent is super reasonable as well. Great area to live in. Power rarely goes out and being on a main road is super nice during bouts of bad weather. Rachel is also the first manager who managed to clear the parking lot so it was drivable in the snow as well.
