Two Ol’ Guys Handyman Service

These guys do great work. I had them do my hardwood floor and it looks wonderful. The price was reasonable and known up front. They really go the extra distance for accuracy and quality, and after they are done they cleaned everything up. I really liked how they are low key and honest– and they helped us develop future remodel plans. Just good guys to have working at your house.

I had these guys come to my home about 5 years ago for a minor repair and they do a so-​so job of it but thought I would give then another try. I called one of these guys (Steve) to see about repairing a leaking toilet in one of my rental homes. He was to meet with the tenant at the home and call me for a go ahead to do the repair pending the estimate. My tenant told me he came and looked at the toilet, verified it was leaking and left. I never got a call back from him over the next few days. I am not happy with the fact that that he did not give me the courtesy of a call back to at least say he wasnt interested in the job so i could call someone else. Thisfrustrated both the tenant and myself. In my opinion this is one of those small time businesses that «Cherry pick» their jobs if its worth it and only when it is convenient for them to do it. Beware of businesses that operate this way. In my long experience owning and managing apartments/​homes, these type of business do poor quality work and are not dependable.
