Las Margaritas

Overpriced for wet, bland food. I ordered a taco salad that lacked in every way. Cold, wet iceberg lettuce, tasteless, un-​seasond ground beef (which the menu notes beef or chicken not «ground» beef) and nothing else to take note of. Highly disappointing food, and on top of that, the music is loud and annoying. I would not recommend this restaurant.

They know how to open a can! Best Mexican food in Tupelo, but not good. Very bland, nothing fresh.

Not the best, but not terrible either. We went here before going shopping in Tupelo. Biggest complaint is that the food is kinda plain. The beef chimichanga has ground beef in it only (I’m used to shredded beef and cheese), and the rice is really plain. The beef fajitas are ok. Again, lacking in the flavor department. Portions are good especially for the lunch prices. I had lots of beef fajita to take home. We got 2 for 1 margaritas, so we felt better about our experience. Margaritas are really good.

I love Las Margaritas. It is the best Mexican Resturant in tupelo, ms. I like to get the Pollo Margaritas.

I used to love this place as a teenager. The food was good, and the staff was very courteous. I was visiting home, and I was excited to chow down at some of my old haunts. I visited Las Margaritas on March 26^th with my Mom, and I ordered my favorite, the beef chimichanga. She ordered the taco salad.
The salsa was watery. The queso was good but not hot enough. The chimi was greasy, and it was clearly fried the day before and reheated just for me. On top of that, the rice was clearly microwaved. What a disaster… I would have done better visiting Taco Bell as at least you know what to expect there.
The best part of the lunch was my Mother’s taco salad… it’s tough to go wrong on fried meat, lettuce & cheese. The meat was a bit bland, but anything covered up with salsa, cheese & a bought taco shell can taste OK.
Not going back anytime soon.
