This particular Logan’s is terrible. I never want to go back! We’ve been 5 times in the last year to this location. The first time was not bad. We were seated at the bar and were recommended the mud slide or the roadhouse tea(their take on Long Island ice tea) my fiancé got the roadhouse tea and I tried the mudslide. Our friend that was with us tried both. We enjoyed our drinks at the bar while waiting to be seated in a booth for our meal. This experience was great, and sadly this was the first and last positive experience at this place. The 2nd time we went they were not busy. I ordered the potato soup and my fiancé and our roommate ordered steaks. We waited over an hour and when our food came it was COLD! I mean the cheese on top of my soup wouldn’t even melt. We left disappointed. The 3rd time we went to give them the benefit of the doubt since we really enjoyed our initial visit. Well when we were seated I again ordered the potato soup and the other two ordered steak and the roadhouse teas. Our waitress NEVER looked at me, took my drink order or anything. By the time I, again got my cold soup my fiancé was almost done with is steak. And the waitress stayed at our table actually leaning on it and kept touching my fiancé on the arm and giggling at everything he said. When we got our check she wrote her name and a smiley face on it. I know she was working on her tip, but absolutely unacceptable to behave that way, she went too far! The 4th time was around my birthday and this visit was better than our previous visit. Our only complaint was when we ordered a mudslide the waitress brought us a huge very expensive brownie with ice cream instead of the beverage we had at the bar our first visit. The last and final time we have and ever will go was last night. Different waitress same story as the 3rd visit plus was all got our food at different times. She never gave us silverware we had to take some from another table. And we didn’t have enough for everyone so my fiancé and I had to share. I’m done with this place! NEVERGOHEREEVER! There are much better places to eat in Tupelo like Woody’s.

Typically i love logans, but today was a total travesty. Cold sides, burnt sweet potato and weird tasting steak, cooked to the right temp but almost like a burnt hamburger taste when the grill hasnt been cleaned. It wasn’t just us with the problems, two tables close by were having troubles as well. The server did his best to rectify the situation, but he can only do so much. Management fixed the situation, but not entirely to my satisfaction. I dont ask for free food, but at least offer some kind of discount for my wait while some of the family eats and others are forced to watch. After taking a family vote, i dont believe we will be back to this location. I just hope it doesnt push them away from other logans because i do enjoy the food.

I’ve tried to eat here not once but twice now. Both times I’ve entered the building and had to wait for for 20 minutes just to be greeted and told they’ll be «right with me». Another 20 minutes later I’ve had enough and left. The first time this happened I gave them a break, assuming they were busy but today I tried again for lunch. They were clearly not busy and multiple waitresses were visibly standing around while the hostess was bussing tables. I don’t mind waiting for a good meal but 40 minutes is entirely too long to even get the promise of a table. I can’t speak to the quality of food. It may be phenomenal but I won’t ever go back unless I have an entire day to kill in the waiting area.

I haven’t been here since high school, which was about 4 – 5 years ago. It was great then since it had just opened but my last experience left so much to be desired. It was lunch time and practically empty, which is a red flag. For starters, we were placed in the back, in a corner. It was dark and cold. Out server was nice enough, but you could tell she didn’t want to be there. We ordered our food, my mom got a steak, baked potato and salad and I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries(which came with bleu cheese dressing). Get this, mom wanted thousand island and ranch for her salad, the response? «It’s not ready yet.» What? Doesn’t someone make it the night before the place closes? It took nearly 20 minutes to get our food — remember, it wasn’t busy. We had to track someone down for refills(remember, we’re in a corner). Then they forgot my bleu cheese and I wish I hadn’t reminded them because it was disgusting. I’ve heard about the service being awful here over the past couple of years, the food is a hit or miss, if you go on the right day, it’s amazing and worth the wait. If you go on and off day, it’s not phenomenal or anything to write home about. Oh well, because I loved this place years ago.

Horrible service by Felicia. Mac and cheese was cold. Steak over cooked. Half of order came out 10+ minutes after the first half. I eat here during every visit to Tupelo from Texas. I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Logan’s. If you hate your job Felicia — quit and find one you like. Your attitude could have made up for kitchen errors but because you had a crappy attitude it only compounded the bad experience.

Consistently slow service. We waited longer than quoted. Staff not professional. Eat somewhere else. Logan’s? More like slow-gans! We will never go back.
