My Daughter is in the after kindergarten program. She is always very scared to try new things. Miss J is awesome. She makes it a point to keep the parents involved. She discusses what kind of issues you have at home and how you deal with certan situations. She keeps consistancy between home and daycare with each and every child. My daughter has come out of her shell, is making firends, and enjoys her after school program. Finially! A Special Place gets 5 starts from me. They keep me informed of anything I should need to know, and dont hesitate to call me if they have any concerns or questions about my child! I have 100% confidence that my child will be well taken care of while she is here.

My daughter went here 2 months to the 2 year old room. She picked up some weird habits like standing against the wall if she thought she was in trouble and thinking she couldn’t have more snack if she had to get up from the table. They allow no comfort items for 2 year olds and the force them to nap. If you like control you would probably like it but we are relaxed parents so it wasn’t for us. I am giving 3 stars because it wasn’t bad it just wasn’t for us.
