If they do not abide by the National Do Not Call List, what makes you think they will give you a good deal.
I hate it when people are so arrogant that they call even if you are on the DNC list.
The guy was obnoxious and had a Mexican accent.

PG&E sent American Insulation to my house as part of the weatherization program and they did more harm then good. They broke a plumbing valve causing my bathroom vanity to be ruined and did not even tell me about the problem, I had to find the leak on my own. Don’t let them in your house ever, you will be sorry!
