Pearson installed a pool for me several years ago. In the beginning they were great, but whenever I had a problem or question, getting an answer or a problem fixed was almost impossible without a huge charge. To date I still have slate tiles coming off my waterfall wall which started about 7 months after install.

This company is very expensive, and provides very poor service. They have very poor communication with their customers. They don’t address problems until you repeatedly call them, and then they don’t follow through. This entire summer, my pool was constantly dirty and the solar heater never worked. They don’t keep the chemicals balanced and allow your pool to get green and murky, then they ‘shock’ it while charging you for all the extra chemicals. This happened over and over again, which will ruin the pool surface. I told them many times that there was something wrong with the pumps, but they have never even addressed the issues. They ‘clean’ out skimmer baskets by dumping out the contents on the pool deck, because their technician is too lazy to walk to the trash can! When they started up the solar panels, they didn’t flush them out first, and the dirty algae all got dumped into my pool, turning it filthy. Now, with the first frost imminent, they have not drained the panels. I tried working with them for nearly 2 years, and I’m done!

I wanted to take a minute and mention what a great job Pearson pools did from start to finish and even after the fact. If I have questions about anything they are always more than helpful. I have been reading many reviews about Pearson pools and I have one thing to add. You pay for what you get… They are the best in the valley and worth every penny. Thank you again for all of the great service.

I used Pearson for pool service for almost a year. The weekly service was acceptable but they charged $ 85/month AND I had to pay for the chemicals(which they left on my property and I have kids who play back there all the time). Anytime you needed anything beyond simple weekly service, they had to send out a technician(fragmented service with extra charge$). After 3 efforts at getting my solar pool heater to work, I fired them and got another guy who does it ALL for $ 85/month. Pearson’s was over-priced, fragmented, and poor quality in their service. By the way, Pearson’s had the solar heater working just fine last year when I was a new customer, but this year they just kept adding charges and it never did work. It took the new guy a couple of weeks but he figured the solar out without any additional $$
