Trust Heating & Air Conditioning

Alex came out a year ago and upon inspection found that my central AC unit was improperly installed. He fixed it at a very fair price and its worked much more efficiently. This past month, at the start of a heatwave, my Thermostat died. Trust was able to come out within 2 hours and quickly replace the thermostat. They are friendly, trustworthy and honest. They will be my AC guys from now on. They also do attic insulation (in the winter) so I hope to get that done this year. I highly recommend them for all your heating and AC needs.

This is the second time we’ve used Trust. Last year we had a couple companies come out and tell us there was no way to fix our AC we had to buy a new one. Trust came out had a spare part in their truck, replaced it and didn’t try to upsell us. We called Trust at the beginning of this springs (2016) heat wave around 11am. They said they had 12 other stops and probably wouldn’t make it out today but would come out tomorrow. We were ok with that. It was the day after Memorial Day and hot. We figured a lot of people needed repair. Around 5pm they came to the house. They asked how long we had the problem. We told them through the Memorial Day weekend but didn’t want to call and pay holiday prices. They said we should’ve called because they weren’t charging extra for the holiday. They promptly and quickly fixed our AC. I was at work and didn’t have to worry. They treated my wife fairly. Jerry and Alex went above and beyond! They even did extra cleaning and other parts and service they didn’t charge us for. They were more than fair.
I won’t use the other two local air conditioning and heating company’s anymore. I won’t tell you their names but it sounds like «Shwalley Shmalks» and «Smoreson’s».
Trust is our go-​to

Alex and Jerry are prompt and professional. During this week’s heatwave, my a/​c decided to go out leaving me in a house of 91 degrees and 3 children. Instead of scheduling me for the next day or two, like all of the other local companies, they managed to squeeze me in that same day. I highly recommend these guys
