I’m glad to hear thats your policy, but that night i was told«15 min» 3 times… and I can’t call you because, after my conversation with you or your staff who answered your calls that night, I got hung up on, and every time I called back(good 7 times) I kept getting blocked. So what I suggest you do… is go back and listen to the recording of the conversation, as your dispatched calmed you do. Listen to it and find out who worked for you that night…(yhey just made you lose a group of fruends who used to use your company. Thank you for the discount. but that $ 10 discount won’t help how late I made it to my event that night. Thanks for responding and good luck… and find yourself some good customer service type of employees.
