Decided to set up accounts here and refinance some of our loans for better interest rates. However they have made it a very inconvenient process. Sending us back and forth for different things instead of letting us know exactly what we would need to bring in. Every time I have asked if I could fax a form in the answer was«NO we need to see it in person». Also the lady setting up our accounts couldn’t tell our checking account from our savings account and kept getting them mixed up. Just a lot of inconvenient things that could have been avoided. Banking should be made easy and convenient for customers. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and will give them 6 months. If it continues to be a problem I will be taking my money somewhere else.
