Came in for breakfast with my husband and our friend on the way home from a wedding at the Great Outdoors. It was the nearest breakfast spot and we are so happy we found it on Unilocal — this was the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! I ordered French toast and it is the BEST restaurant French toast have ever had. It was soft, chewy and flavorful and I was given a nice dark Maine maple syrup. I also ordered the shredded hash browns which were also really good. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, home fries, toast and sausage. He said all it was delicious and overall one of the best breakfasts he’s had(and he’s not a breakfast person). Our friend ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of homemade corn beef hash. He couldn’t stop raving about either… Seriously, every five minutes or so he would say«man, this is just so good.» He said he would instantly become a regular if he didn’t live three hours away. I would highly, highly recommend. Definitely worth a bit of a drive if you want to go out for a nice breakfast!

THEBESTFOOD /BREAKFAST you will EVER come across on the east coast! LOVELOVE this place and crave it from time to time. Potato pancakes and the home made doughnuts are mouth watering. 4 stars because the service can at times be HORRIBLE. but the food makes it worth it. you must stop if you pass it… you will be so grateful you did !!!

Small. Clean basic café — well prepared comforts foods at reasonable prices. My breakfast was made to order and tasted delicious, home made sun flower wheat bread was a nice bonus!

Sometimes it pays to just pull over and see what’s inside! This is a little 20 seat café on route 4 in Turner Maine… excellent food, clean facilities, and even through the service staff looked hung-over(It was Sunday, in Maine) the service was excellent! Food as one would expect from a high quality roadside café! Oh, and TONS of parking for all sorts of vehicles… such as motorcycles
