What a terrific office. I have only gone for cleanings before, but this time I was in serious pain. Kathy at the desk got me an appointment right away.
Dr Natoli is very caring, kind and gentle. I’m not the best patient, and he made me feel very comfortable. I came with a tooth which cracked down the middle, and some serious pain. He explained how it happened, and offered to take care of it that day. I never expected that! Despite having a booked schedule he managed to make the time to treat me and get me out of pain. Of course I needed an injection for anesthesia and it was as easy as can be, and the procedure itself was totally painless.
The office is just beautiful! The staff all have big smiles, explained everything carefully, and were very sympathetic to my pain. And it smells good.
It was a great experience, and I would (and have!) sent my family and friends there. My family is also very pleased. He is top-​shelf in my opinion, and even scaredy cat people will do well.
