Antrilli Florist

I recently purchased flowers from Antrilli Florists and had them sent to my wife for our anniversary. Instead of roses, I wanted to get her tropical flowers. I’m not sure what part of the tropics their flowers came from, but when they delivered them to my wife, she called me and told me that some of the green filler was already dying. In fact, she sent me a picture from her phone and one of the two pieces of ginger that was used in the arrangement was already wilting in the picture. I called them on Monday morning and was told that this arrangement was made from live flowers and they aren’t expected to last a long time. They were delivered on Wednesday (already dying) and in the garbage on Sunday because the entire planter was dead. Really, only 4 days? I’ve had flowers delivered from Hawaii that lasted 2 weeks or longer. When I told the owner that some of the flowers were already dying, she said, «I doubt that». Nice customer service. I received a $ 20 refund. Thanks… I guess it’s better than wasting all my money on garbage. I won’t be ordering anything from here again and in fact, neither will my wife or her company.
