Never again. I brought a dress here to be fixed (the work was done by another alterations shop, in Birmingham that did not do it right, sigh). I wanted to add straps. Pretty simple, right? I made four trips in total. They are so disorganized. My dress was not ready when they promised it would be on multiple occasions and when it was done, the straps were lopsided and the material was facing the wrong way (inverted). The man argued with me about the price and was quite nasty (even though I provided the material and the woman who works for him promised to re-do the work for free). Needless to say, I had to bring the dress elsewhere to have the work re-done.

Wesley Ngo lost my son’s pants. We have used him for years… I dropped of the Ralph Lauren pants to be hemmed. He did not get my name just gave me a ticket. I gave this ticket to a friend who went to pick up the pants. Mr Ngo could not find them. My friends daughter went back a while later and he looked around and picked up a pair of pants and hemmed them and gave them to her. These were not the pants I left. I took them back the next day and he refused to admit he gave her the wrong pants. He refuses to replace the pants demanding I show him a receipt for the pants that were purchased over a year ago.
So, I have no pants AND I have paid to have a pair of pants hemmed!!!
Do not use this man!!! He is very disorganized and will not make right mistakes he had made!!!

Absolutely terrible. I brought two dresses, one brand new (with tags-$ 80) with a broken zipper, and another that had a ripped strap. After returning a day after he told me they would be done, he could not find them and asked me to search the store myself. If that wasn’t bad enough, I found them under a pile of hangers in a bin NOT done. He said «sometimes we forget about things.» He said to come back in three days. I returned about 6 days later. He LOST both of my dresses and refuses to reimburse me in any way. Awful service provided by a man with an even worse attitude. DO NOT GO HERE.
