I just left Bojangles in 5 points, getting a go order. I got home, the chicken is old, dry, and greasy. Pretty disgusting. The biscuit must have been hours old. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They were actually decent today! Restrooms were clean, they had coffee, they had chicken, and the waitress did not seem hung over! The chicken was juicy as usual, and biscuits were great.

I will NEVER go to this location again! My sister and I went through the driveway on our way out of town. We had two separate orders. She paid for hers with a $ 20. My total was $ 5.22. I pad with a $ 20 and gave $ 0.22. After we got our food, we sat there waiting on my change. The lady working the drive through looked confused. My sister, who was driving, said we were waiting on our change. She looked confused and asked us to pull forward. We sat there waiting. After a few Minutes I decided to go inside and check what was happening. No one was doing anything about my change. When I asked if I could get my change, the assistant manager said she had to wait for all of the people in the drive through to go through before she could count the drawer. I sat there and waited and told her that I was on my way to the airport and would appreciate it if she could please hurry. She finally took the drawer to the back to count it. When she finally came back from the back of the store, I was expecting to get my $ 15 and leave. Instead she said the drawer«counted to the penny». I was in shock. My sister had come in by that time too. She was shocked as well since I handed her the money and she saw it and handed it to the lady working the window. We asked for a number to call someone over her. She told us the number was on our receipt. We were so angry! As soon as I got in the car, I called the 1 – 800 number. The lady I spoke with apologized and said she would have someone look into the incident right away. Later, the following day, I received a call back from a district manager. She told me that they looked at the cameras when she was counting the money and they didn’t see her put any money in her pocket. And she said that the drawer was counted correctly at the end of the day. I asked if she counted it, she said no, the assistant manager in the store had counted it. She said she would send me a $ 15 refund anyway. I told her it wasn’t a «refund», it was my change. She then said she didn’t understand why I was so upset. I explained that it appears that they don’t believe me AND I know that assistant manager is lying. I suggested they watch the tape for the rest of the day. That $ 15 had to go somewhere. It didn’t just disappear. The lady said she believed me but she didn’t sound too concerned about having an assistant manager stealing money from customers! The assistant managers name was either carra or jarra, something like that. Be very careful if you choose to go to this location !!

They can’t even get the address right… This is the Bojangles at 5 Points, about a block below the nonexistent address given here. I have patronized this place a number of times. I think they have given me the correct order once. Every time I leave this place, I get home with my order and have been given something completely different from what I requested. Want white meat? You’ll get a leg and a thigh. Want rice and slaw? you’ll get rice and mashed potatoes. Want unsweet tea? Too bad – they can’t tell the difference. I have actually asked them a couple of times to doublecheck the order. You HAVE to do that, or you will end up with God-knows-what. I understand that fast food workers don’t make a lot of money, but if you can’t find people who know or care enough to tell a chicken wing from a leg, you need to close down and try another line of business.
