The staff could not produce me a receipt for what I had purchased. They charged me a certain amount initially at the window then when I asked for a copy of the receipt. When I had pulled off to the side they mention they can not find the receipt but told me value for what I ordered. This value was actually less then what they charged me at the window. Seems very odd to me maybe someone is trying to pocket the money and just makes up totals at the window. Oh yeah, the sandwich ordered was messed up and the coffee was terrible. Corporate needs to check into this place.

This store cannot get a drink order right. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an iced coffee with cream, and was given a hot coffee. I pointed out the mistake and just asked the cashier to correct the order. The cashier let me know just how inconvenient I was being, grabbed the hot coffee from me and returned with an iced coffee. Only this ICEDCOFFEEWAS70% CREAM(see picture). It was obvious that this was intentional. She also did not hand me a straw and slammed the window shut. I threw out the coffee. I won’t be back to this Dunkin Donuts, which is exactly what the cashier wanted.

Dunkin Donuts is what it is. When you get good donuts they are good. The problem is that this particular DD is just not a good one. Half the time you go there, the donuts will be very stale. They often get coffee orders wrong(ex. ordering a black coffee and getting a coffee with cream and sugar). This location was better when it first started but it has gotten steadily worse.

I’ve not ever been to this establishment and received what I ordered. My order is always wrong. No joke. If I order coffee, they will give me a latte. If I order a latte, they give me coffee. If I order a large, they give me a small. If I order a small, they give me a large. It’s ridiculous! Maybe the staff needs more training? Maybe they need the mic on their drive thru repaired? Is it because they don’t like me? lol! I’m always friendly and affable. I’d never be rude, no matter how many times they’ve completely botched my order… and ruined my morning. That’s just not my style or personality. I’ll probably give them one more(espresso) shot. Rimshot, please. Thanks, I’ll be here all week. For now, one star.

In a nutshell, this location seems like it’s still figuring out how to smoothly operate the franchise. The young lady who took my order seemed confused about what was available on the menu when I ordered from the drive thru. I stopped by this location to order a to-go order of that consisted of an Iced Mocha Latte with skim milk, Croissant with egg whites and veggies, and a 25 count of mixed Munchkins with blueberry, chocolate, and original glazed donuts. Once I finally headed out after a moderate wait, I decided to give my coffee a try to discover it had entirely too much syrup. At least a third of the latte consisted of dissolved mocha syrup at the bottom of the cup. I attempted to drink it but gave up after having to pull my straw halfway up to avoid slurping syrup rather than coffee. Other than the terribly prepared coffee, everything else was pretty fresh and good. Hopefully, this location works out the kinks in service preparation and knowledge with time.
