I went back into this JCPenney again today for the first time since I wrote my review. The place has gotten even grubbier. The dressing rooms are a disaster, dirty, the doors don’t close properly, the locks don’t work. The place is still a confusing mish-​mash of misplaced goods. The employees seem unhappy.
In JCP’s defense, I’ve been to their other stores up and down the east coast. None are as shabby as ours. Is it poor management? Company neglect? Or maybe a combination of both?
I know they did some upgrades in this store last year, but it doesn’t appear that they even touched the dressing rooms or bathroom.
Kmart experience at Macy’s pricing. I’ll go somewhere else to shop, thank you.
