I don’t ever have one bad thing to say about this place. They have good food and great service. I usually always get the outlaw ribeye and the asparagus but this time I tried the longhorn sampler and was it tasty. My favorite item was the stuffed mushrooms these are a must try. I have never had any mushrooms that were so tasty. The food isn’t to expensive and the bread and butter is always excellent before every meal.

Me and my co workers went here for lunch. There were 5 occupied tables including us and it took 45 minutes to get our food. We had to get it to go so we could make it back to work on time. The only good thing was that the food was actually good, but I had to eat it later. If you are going for lunch make sure you don’t have to go back to work before you go there.

Best steak in T-​town hands down.
Nice atmosphere
Service can be slow sometimes and it’s at times difficult to get drink refills at the same time the food is enough to make up for any service deficiency.
Well worth the money.

Worse experience I’ve ever had at this location. We had 7 different people and didn’t even know who our actual waiter was for the first 30mins. They messed up our order wouldn’t check on us except when they brought us our food. Then we had to go find someone so we could pay after we sat there for 15 – 20 mins with our plates cleared of food and our tea glasses empty. Everyone around us was being helped by the same person but it was almost like we were invisible. The food was ok. If this would have been my first visit here I probably would never go back.

Me and hubby just ate here for lunch a few days ago and we won’t be back anytime soon. My sirloin steak was again, not cooked the way I asked. I asked for medium and got a steak that was medium rare in some places and rare in others! Also it was a bad cut of meat. There was too much of the chewy, rubbery fat and I almost couldn’t digest it. We have also eaten here with a friend twice at dinner just a month or so ago and both of those times my steak wasn’t cooked right either. I asked for medium both times and both times I ended up getting steaks that were well done. So this is it for me because I know I can get a better and cheaper steak at either Logan’s or Buddy’s Steak & Rib. Or we can splurge and go to one of the real steakhouses in Birmingham. This place needs new management and chefs who know how to cook steak properly! It’s a shame because this used to be my favorite steak restaurant in Tuscaloosa.

Staff over whelmed especially the bar. Short staffed and the place is packed one bartender is so far behind. T
I have been the last two nights the first night the service was ok was seated quickly the next next night better service at the table an seated quickly the third night had to wait for a table in the bar an saw how overwhelmed the bartender was with drink orders and food orders. With business being what it is mgt needs to step it up to provide better faster attentive service. Service staff understanding different alcohols and food groups which causes delays in service. Service is key!!!
I have been at the bar for 10 minutes and still no drink.

They put the whammy in Alabammy on their bacon wrapped sirloin and tenderloin steak! Absolutely awsome! The baked potatoes were large and good tasting. The bread was plentiful, warm and tasty. The chocolate mountain desert will live UP to it’s name. I’ll be back!

This is a decent place for lunch. the ½ Prime rib sandwich and chowder is a favorite of mine. Always cooked to perfection and the chowder is really good. We have tried to eat here for supper several times but seems to be a pretty good wait every time. I usually have the sirloin and have them add a fried egg and bordelaise sauce. Don’t judge me til you try it.

I would give a minus star if I could! My husband and I just left there, we arrived at 3:01 it took 20 min to get a margarita and a beer with only 3 tables in the whole plac, meanwhile 3:05 took our order, on the lunch menu by the way, a 6-​oz steak and b potato and a hamburger and fries, kept being told she would bring sum bread 30 min got bread after watching a table that sat after us were on their 2nd order of bread after 46 min and watching two tables gttng steaks that sat after us needless to say we left. I love longhorn steakhouse. It is one of few chain restaurants that have good quality at almost all of their locations. This Longhorns is clearly an exception. Can’t even speak for the food quality, as I was on hold for 14 minutes before hanging up, obviously not placing an order. Clearly the hostess needs to be fired.

Our food was sent back to the kitchen multiple times for meal errors. The steaks were grilled then microwaved, as a matter of fact everything we ate was microwaved. We ordered spinach dip for an appetizer and the chips were stale. I payed about $ 78 for a meal that my family half ate. There was a poor attitude about the food being sent back for corrections and never once an apology. Over all a very bad experience and we will not return ever.

Food was ok. From the wait at the front door Noone to greet us other than it is 20 minute wait. No customer servive, waitresses not attending to you once you sat down, you are supposed to get a basket of bread upon being sitted, we had to ask after 15 minutes of waiting for bread and our drinks. The waitress said «I forgot «.Are you serious? People sitted around us were complaining… Horrible, it’s about the experience and sometimes with a customer it’s your only! I would recommend addressing your scheduling and lack of customer service. Just an overall underwhelming experience!

Had there 18oz cowboy cut prime rib. It was cooked the way ordered and served very fast. Samantha R. did a great job and was very tentative, even though she had about 7 other tables. I don’t like to eat alone, but was quick in and out. Had a great experience ad well come back.

Went with my boyfriend and his mom, and the food was amazing! Got the lobster and crab chowder with the bacon Mac and cheese from the lunch menu and it was incredible! Looking forward to going back soon!

I wouldn’t recommend it, there are plenty of places around that offer way more food and quality for the price asked at Longhorn. The food was decent but not at the price that they ask for, and since when do restaurants charge for refills? That in itself is a bit idiotic by my say. Regardless, I won’t go there again, the last time was with family and that will be the last time.

Steak was MUCH better this time around… was cooked perfectly and tasted so warm and delicious.
Sides were consistent and good… mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes.
Margaritas were very smooth, not overly sweet, and left me with a good buzz!
