I loved Waffle House as a kid and as I got older the ones in town seemed to get older along with me and their age showed. This Waffle House is one of the best I’ve had anywhere and by far the best one in the Tuscaloosa area. Clean with a friendly staff and open 24÷7÷365.25 it’s always a safe bet for great breakfast.

The waffle was delicious, the bacon cooked perfectly, eggs perfect, hash brown seasoned well, coffee great. My new place to eat when I’m in town. The service was friendly and down home. My only caveat was that I saw one employee sweep the floor, then use the same broom to sweep food from one of the booths… definitely country mentality. Next time use a rag… don’t be lazy. If the food want so good and the kitchen clean… her actions would have caused me to walk out.
