I’ve had nothing but nice things to say about them. The only thing I can complain about is the random roommates, but that has nothing to do with the Woodlands. The facilities are college centered, open 24hrs a day and really nice.

I never appreciated the benefits of living here until I moved down the street to the Lofts at City Center. In the same living situation, I had at least twice the space living at the woodlands, a balcony that is huge, and a loft style room! The price was almost 100 $ cheaper a month then the rent I currently pay, at 550 a person! Staff would sne dmaintenace on their go carts almost immediately when we had an issue. Also traffic is lighter then other places closer to McFarland by the hospital and 15th st. Since Chuys and the fresh market opned, traffic has been unblievable in this area! Miss living at the Woodlands!

You will regret if you choose them. Or during, or after. Staff were only a little bit nice when you sign the lease, then they will not ever do anything but charging you. You had better try you best to avoid fee. But they can Always charge you whenever they want. My roommate’s dog bites the furnitures, I asked in the office. They said they wont count it on me. Then? They sent me a $ 1400 bill. They said I had unauthorized pet because they smelled the odour! How funny!

Pros: Nice enough place to live. Nice amenities. Semi convenient location. Cons: Over priced for what you get w/roommates, low quality furnishings, etc… Not gated, occasional homeless druggy asks for any tips on acquiring Schedule 1 opiates. Typical screwball landlord practices. Fees for anything they can think of, etc… 100% college students. If its not the frat stars its the ghetto crowd. There is diversity in your shitty neighbors UPDATE: When you sign your lease the term ends on July 26. Which, though the end of official classes, is actually the week before finals and two weeks before graduation. They are completely unhelpful with this and refuse to extend the term at all. I now need a hotel for ten days. Oh and also, the last months rent is for a full month, not three weeks. Downgraded to 1 Star, true rating: Negative 5 Stars. UPDATENO. 2: I just received a $ 700 move out bill for things that are so far beyond grasping at straws I think these guys must be smoking something. Considering my other two roommates received $ 500 bills as well and the house was pretty much in good condition, this will be going to litigation. Rating: 1 Star. True Rating: Null, these people belong on the scammers alert boards.
