I have used this store for multiple personal framing projects and have always been please with the results. They have been a partner for the matting of a special project I am involved in, Aging as Art Photography Show. The team has been so great about the work, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Thanks to Ben, Evan, and Judy for their commitment to providing first class service and product.

Framed a $ 400 art print 3 years ago here and I decided to have the print reframed. How did they secure my print from moving? With double sided tape. How in the world is this a archival framing method? Makes no sense to me. Seems like their framers are either poorly trained or can care less for your possession. If anyone has something of value, please do your research for a quality framer that can explain to you their method of framing. Don’t be fooled by their 40−50% framing, as most independent framers are even cheaper.

Had the worst experience at this location. I had two very special drawings I needed custom framed, Judy wasn’t very friendly and almost dismissal when I asked her a question on the color of the Mats. After spending a couple hundred dollars, picking up the finished product, I drove home and realized the work was wrong! I spoke with Judy and her manager and the worst part of all was that they were both completely unapologetic for the error nor the inconvenience it caused me. Blame it on bad customer service, I will not return! I will drive to a further Aaron Brother’s or a Michael’s where I feel appreciated.

Shop here when they have a sale! They have lots of deeply discounted frames and frequently have great coupons. We got some awesome bargains today. Recommend…

Way too expensive! I went in there to replace a frame I bought on sale because it had some scratches and dings on it and I had to search all nearby Aaron Brothers. Then when I finally found a store that carried it(the Tustin store) they had four other frames with equal amounts of damage on them. UGH. Better off buying cheaper frames at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby.

I’m really unsure why this location has bad ratings. I’ve been here twice and the staff has always been very helpful and attentive. This last visit, the associate was able to match our quote from Michaels and upgrade our glass on our custom framing. Will certainly visit again. Thanks!

Forget this place every time I come in here to buy something that is not about framing no one ever helps me you have to wait for the frame customer to get help which takes usually around 30 minutes. I have left here more often not spending money than spending money never again!

I went in to look at their frames for some poster prints I recently bought. I forget the gentleman with glasses who approached me right away, but he was overall friendly and helpful. The store wasn’t all that busy but he still took his time to show me their recent sale frame items. I was able to find two great frames that I got 50% off on even though I didn’t have the online coupon printed. They were even kind enough to allow me to use their custom framing counter to insert my prints then & there. Matthew the store manager was also quite helpful. I realize that the overall rating of this store is not high. I am a people person overall, so whether you have an attitude or not, I usually kill them with kindness.

The dirty blonde hair girl at the framing department was a snob and the big brunnette cashier lady had a fake personality. Time to find a new job ladies and treat better care of your customers! The store has cool frames and art supplies, but boo… to the girls who work at this location. poop.

I walked in the store to have my husband’s college football jersey framed for his first Father’s Day. I walked up to the custom framing counter. A woman named Judy was supposedly helping me. Immediately when I mentioned jersey, she rolled her eyes and the other employee next to her helping other customers sighed with disdain. Judy then proceeded to help 2 other customers retrieve their orders and did a lap around the store before I could even let her know any details regarding my order. Judy finally asked me what I had in mind and I showed her something online on my phone to give her an idea. She took my phone to examine the photo and immediately said«we aren’t going to be able to do it for that price.» The website I showed her offered jersey framing for $ 195. We hadn’t even discussed price yet — we hadn’t even finished discussing a custom frame job. That was it. I was done. I began to pack up my items. Once she sensed my frustration, Judy made a half-hearted attempt to redeem herself by saying«I don’t mean to discourage you but they(pointing to the customers beside me) are framing a jersey for around $ 600.» Not a good experience. The employee obviously didn’t want to help me from the beginning. Maybe I’ll try the online company.

Yeah, they do framing, but it’s so pricey that I only buy the 1cent sale frames or smaller ready-made ones. Handy that they have pre-cut matting to dress up the less expensive non-custom frames. I did find the staff to be helpful, but not at all enthusiastic. I will return for general framing needs.

Aaron Brothers is good for four things: 1) posters 2) art supplies 3) custom frames 4) 1cent frame sale I have had mostly good experiences shopping here, but I find their prices kinda high so I always look for stuff on sale. I bought a framed poster from«Just Like the Model» but didn’t like the green velvet mat it had, so I came here to have it changed to gold foil as suggested by an employee. I was sort of unsure until I saw it live and in person and it came out great.
