Great lighting and best customer service!

My house has a lot of custom lighting, which is a blessing and a curse. My place looks amazing, but I’ve also had a few small issues.
Anyway, a hanging light in my bathroom was dead. I detached it from the ceiling and called Bruck. The engineer (Ed) said he would take a look at the light and trouble shoot for me.
I think I did not clarify that my lighting was from a different manufacturer, truth is, I had no idea where it was from. But, looking on line I could tell that Bruck had similar looking stuff. That said, Ed still provided courteous and superior assistance in helping address the issue.
As Ed worked on my light I admired their show room, AMAZING stuff! I walked out with a fixed light and a huge smile. Talk about professionalism… when I put up my next set of custom lights, my first call is to Bruck.

My company does frequent business with Bruck and they are always on top of everything. Their customer service is great. They are very personal and accessible to their customers. They respond to all my emails promptly and in detail. Their products are one of a kind! Beautiful Italian hand blown glass pendents. Our customers love them! If your just a consumer you won’t be able to buy directly from them but they do have a showroom where you can view all of their products or you can find one of their distributors locally. I have a high respect for companies that run as smoothly as they do!
