I was looking for a parking spot near MIDAS for a car oil change, and I end up parking right next to this Gallery, as I was waiting for my car to be serviced I decided to kill time and just check the gallery out, I thought it’s a moving gallery and Chuck Jone’s Amazing Art was luckily exhibited that day, well I was wrong, It’s CHUCKJONESGALLERY, I talked to CHRIS he was very welcoming and super friendly, you gotta love those sketches & characters, Buggs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Marvin the Martian… GOODSTUFF

Charles Martin Jones, creator of Michigan J. Frog, Wile E. Coyote, Road Runner, Pepe LePew, Marvin the Martian, Witch Hazel, Gossamer, and Ralph Phillips… ‘Just to name a few of his«children» that he brought into this world. Chuck directed some of the most memorable cartoons including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, The Grinch, Horton the Elephant, Sylvester the Cat, and the list goes on… Chuck Jones Photo — CJ Bio — ‘Came here last Friday evening, 12/3, for an art reception with the lovely and entertaining June Foray, legendary icon in the voiceover world.(Rocky the Flying Squirrel, Cindy Lou Who — Grinch, Granny, Talking Tina — Twilight Zone, etc.) June Foray — If you want to see entertainment history from the«Golden Age of Animation» and talk to people who knew Chuck, this is the place to be. You can see original artwork from«The Grinch That Stole Christmas,» including storyboards to original production cels. Craig Kausen, one of Chuck’s grandkids is the President of the Linda Jones Enterprises.(Linda is Chuck’s daughter who practically founded the idea of collectible«animation art» and set the ground work for the galleries you see today.) Whether you have kids that love the classic WB Cartoons, they really don’t make cartoons like they used to… Really, they don’t 8/ ‘Or you’re still much of a kid at heart as you were 20 — 30 years ago, stop on by The Chuck Jones Gallery for a visit. Great stuff! If you live in the area, it’s pretty amazing to think that you have access to The Chuck Jones Gallery to see a bit of the magic, right here! Pretty cool if you think about it. They also have galleries in the San Diego and Santa Fe area as well.
