It’s been awhile since I’ve been a Claire’s patron, probably since I was a child. It is an accessories store so when I needed nail art, they were sure to have it and at a quite inexpensive cost compared to higher end stores. If you want to get little accessories for kids and teens, they have a fairly large selection of merchandise.

We came in to get my nieces ears pierced pretty late in the day and the girls there were beyond helpful and sweet! Their fantastic customer service and positive, caring attitude deserves praise! I wish that everyone was as kind as them!

Claire’s Overall 4 Stars Gold medal — Staff Silver medal — Great selection Bronze medal — Decent prices The staff at Claire’s is very nice and friendly. They have a large selection of accessories. New hip items like Tokidoki scarves to those super cute stuff animals with the huge pouty eyes. It you are hip or hang out with kids, you know what I am talking about. haha. The prices here are decent. Look for the little magazine the store has at the front of the store for $ 5 of $ 20 purchase coupons. HAPPYACCESSORIZING!

I love this store! I always try to come here during sale times. I am college age, but I have found some very nice hair bands and jewelry for $ 2 – 5 a piece whereas somewhere else I would have to pay a few dollars more for the same things. This store is very cute and affordable. If you’re a girl with some free time on your hands and only a few dollars to spend, I highly recommend coming here and checking out what’s on sale.

I try to avoid Claire’s at all costs, but now that my daughter is nine there’s no way to avoid it anymore. This is a pre-teen and teen heaven. To be fair, there are many things geared toward the less sparkly set, you just have to look around. Today we got my daughters ears pierced and Sandra did a great job. She was matter of fact and fast. I cried, but my daughter didn’t :-). I would recommend Claire’s for ear piercing — they have a good selection of starter earrings and calm employees.

Took my cautious 6-yr old daughter to check out other little girls getting their ears pierced before she decided whether she wanted to do it. Was totally impressed with Brianna who answered my daughters questions patiently & supportively, then gave her plenty of space to warm up to it on her own. With her own confidence &TLC from the Claire’s staff, my daughter walked out with no tears — a smile & Hello Kitty earrings in place(plus a new pair for her upcoming birthday). Kudos, ladies. And thanks!

It’s small and kinda depressing. When you walk in or browse the store, they bombard you with«Just to let you know, the earrings are buy 2 get 1 free.» I used to go to Claire’s for prom/formal jewelery in HS. They occasionally have cute stuff on sale that I buy for my 5 yr old niece, but besides that, I agree with Jane, maybe we’re too old for this now. We want some real bling! ^_~
