For a donut shop this place is top notch. Looking for some donuts and maybe a bacon and egg sandwich? Then this is your spot.
They have all the donuts and cronuts that you could want, plus some sandwiches as well. Good prices for donuts considering all the different choices you have. Cronuts are extra and are not able to be put in with your dozen, but that’s understandable.
Wait times change by the minute. Sometimes it’s empty and other times the line is out the door. Either way they get you in and out pretty quickly. They always have enough staff to handle the crowds, so no complaints on wait times.
There’s inside seating as well as a patio with tables, chairs, and umbrellas in case you want some fresh air.
If I’m in the area, I’m coming here for breakfast.

$ 3.55 for 3 donuts, 1 maple bar and 2 crullers, and why did she give me the smallest maple bar? I paid $ 3 at the one located on Chapman Ave. for the same donuts lol

The donuts were warm when I got them! Soooo good and I would defiantly go back! I did go on national donut day so I’m not going to complain about not getting my free donut that the worker unlocked for me because they were extremely busy… But I wish I would have gotten that free one since they were so delicious! That’s why I am giving a 4⁄5 instead of 5⁄5.

Can’t thank DK’s Donuts enough for the good looking and delicious donut letters! They completed the party we had for my sister’s Law School graduation and everyone loved them! They were the size of my hand!
They were so helpful in customizing my order and had them ready for pick-​up. They even called to ask me what color I wanted the icing. Thanks, DK’s, for making our celebration extra special.

I’m afraid i was just too late to be there at the National Donut Day, only few choices left and no cronut, that was sad. But glazed ones are still tasty for me, and they r really cheap!!! I only paid three dollars for 4 donuts!

OMG… Been coming here for few years now and I’ve tried different donuts spots bakeries and wow they are good. My kids love the #8 breakfast croissant and the custom donut like maple bacon or whip cream strawberry bar. So much to choose from and mine the sandwiches for breakfast or lunch with my favor coffee. Yum! We love this spot. #1

So, these guys won me back.
Before Unilocaling, I was displeased with service. I felt customer service was lacking. And, wasn’t pleased with the product.
But been checkin’ back in lately and it seems like they increased staff, and customer service is BACK, top of mind. Now, I am a go to glaze guy, it grounds me and sets the tone… if you can’t get a glazed right, you might think of a different line of work. I think I’ve been back like 3 times in the past two weeks for the glaze alone.
Will start checking out other donuts and maybe my edit the review for the better. There is quite the selection, plenty of options. Breakfast sandwiches too.

I am so thankful for this little place and their drive thru! They not only have great donuts, but also delicious sandwiches! My favorite is the #8 croissant breakfast sandwich, SO GOOD. I come here all the time and definitely recommend!

It was my first time coming to DK’s and I am impressed! I got a assorted dozen and mini donuts for my coworkers while enjoyed the fresh, warm maple bacon bar for myself. Wow. What a amazing experience for the bacon maple bar. Warm, soft, salty, crispy, sweet… aghhhhhh (picture Homer Simpson right about now).
Another thing I like about DK’s is that it’s a mom and pop establishment. Looks like any other regular donut shop but with extraordinary experience.
Believe in the magic of DK’s.

My god I love this donut place. I don’t know if it’s because my grandpa, who lived with us for a short time, always brought us donuts and coffee from here, but the donuts here are seriously bomb. I don’t know about any of the new concoctions, but my go-​tos — chocolate twist, maple bar, plain old fashioned — are always fresh and so perfectly fluffy (not the old fashioned, obviously). Have you ever had a truly fresh donut? So amazing when they are so hot the frosting is melting off. Their coffee is also weirdly amazingly good
Staff is super friendly and back in the day knew me by name! Really a truly great neighborhood spot.
Yes the place can get packed! Come early or be prepared to wait. It’s worth it, though!

I am rating this a solid 5 solely for their taro donut. Try it. It’s weird, it’s blue, it’s worth it.
If you’re a donut lover, you need to embrace weird donuts. The thought of a taro donut seemed like the strangest thing you could imagine, but it works. Great texture to a donut, and not at all dense.

I have a penchant for exotic and interesting flavors and when seeking out a place that would have an ube donut for my sampling, I came across DK’s.
They have both a plain glazed version and a coconut covered version, both of which smelled great just coming out of the bag. The glazed only had a hint of ube in the aroma and other than that tasted like a regular donut.
The coconut ube donut was a real winner. Definitely recommend.

FRESH doughnuts and LOTS of choices at 8:00 am. Got there right before the rush so we were able to score parking. Sign says «Drive-​thru is open at 3:00 am». What?!?
Glazed Cronut was fresh but seemed heavy… I think because of the amount of glaze on it. It was still good and luckily I shared with hubby. We will have to come back and try the cinnamon sugar, strawberry, maple bacon, etc. I better walk here to justify eating that many. LOL!
My Purple yam (ube) doughnut with coconut on top was DELICIOUS!!! Good blend of flavor with the coconut shreds.
Hubby’s simple glazed doughnut was warm and freshly made. It melted in your mouth. Now that’s a doughnut!!!
Little O had the traditional glazed with purple icing and sprinkles. What, no doughnuts with Fruity Pebbles or Froot Loops for you Little O?

They have maple syrup donuts with real strips of crisp bacon on them. Oh my…
They have donuts adorned with childhood cereals on colorful frosting.
They have flaky cronuts with fresh strawberries, others with bacon, etc.
They even have specialty flavored donuts like purple yam, red velvet, and blueberries…
Along the side, you see a row of coffee dispensers with interesting flavors like Hawaiian Hazelnut, Blueberry, Colombian Chocolate, etc. This place is great. I found my happy place :)

I worked with May and Tammy on creating a custom order of donuts for a friend. It was a little hard to communicate since the owner was out of the store that day and he is who makes the shapes. We were eventually able to all get on the same page and the donuts came out PERFECT!
I asked for «HBD JACQ» with pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles and I got exactly what I wanted! The donuts were also a good size, not too small, so I really felt it was worth the amount I paid. They were also on time with my 7 – 7:30am pick up with the donuts packed up and ready to go!
Although you should call at least one day in advance for the custom order donuts, I think you should probably call 48 – 72 hours in advance just in case the owner is out of the shop like the situation I was in.
In addition to the my customer order donuts, I saw some yummy cronuts that I also ended up buying. They were so good!

This place is always busy and I know why, the donuts are DIVINE! Seriously, the donuts here will make u forget about ur diet! Whole 30, juicing, and «clean eaters» don’t stand a chance here… Enter at your own risk, YOU WILL love and hate yourself simultaneously.
When I asked the little Asian lady for ham n cheese with jalapeño she said they didn’t have any but don’t worry! She’ll make one custom for me! Oh, the service! She didn’t skimp on the jalapeño, ham or cheese, that thing was bursting at the seams with goodness. What a perfect way to start a Saturday morning!

DK’s Donuts is def one of the better donut shops to go to! Everytime I pay a visit here in the mornings I feel like a kid going into a candy store: P
: PROS :
1) Huge variety of tasty fresh donuts (some way to sweet for me), cronuts & mufffins
— they do have blueberry, purple yam, strawberry, etc
— on certain holiday occasions they have decorated donuts!
2) They serve Breakfast, Sandwiches & Croissants
3 Various coffee selection & smoothies
— there are self-​pour coffee dispensers
4 There’s a Drive Thru
: CONS :
1) A lil pricey for donuts but hey once in awhile its ok!
2) Customer service is A-​OK during peak hours (the times I’ve been here)
3) Parking spots are limited
4) No jelly filled donut holes :(Anyone know where I can find them?

1) During their crazy busy mornings they are efficiently staffed
