Worst place to do your laundry. Dusty of their is no one here if you need help! Any time of day you will not find anyone the number they provide leads to a voicemail with no call back. The machines are dirty all the time the floor as well. I am definitely not coming back. What was the last straw for me was when a machine was leaking water like crazy and no one around to assists they’re were puddles of water all over the isle, a hazard alert! Forbid a child is walking around here and happens to slip because of all the water or even an adult. They really need to rethink this business. As for me never coming back and hope this review helps others.

I am so infuriated by this company! If I could give them 0 stars I would I have gone there off and on for a few years and was neither impressed nor swayed against it until now– it was just the place I went when my laundromat at home was having issues-nothing spectacular-aside from the annoying bathroom that takes a quarter but has no sink-in fact there is no sink anywhere– What laundry mat doesn’t have a sink? They closed down the only other laundry mat near by me or I wouldn’t have even bothered going there Anyhoo-I digress-I went there yesterday and lo and behold they were working on the back wall… Now, at first it seemed as though the majority of the work had been done(removing washers or dryers that were back there) and even though there were caution tapes blocking off some sections, it seemed as though the majority of work had been done, and well, they were open for business! so I stupidly thought, ok they wouldn’t keep the place open if they were going to be doing any more work, right? WRONG! No sooner had I loaded a washer than they proceeded to return from break apparently and dismantle the whole friggin’ place water was all over the floor in several spots and machines were being pulled out, loud-LOUD tools were being used, smoke was in the room from machines… it stunk and was disturbingly loud… to the point where I had to go to my car and get headphones for my daughter then just plain sit outside to avoid the fumes and noise. I couldn’t leave at this point as my laundry was still spinning in the washer– so I was hugely frustrated-in fact even the caution tape seemed ludicrous because it was only in one small section-when the whole rest of the joint was a wreck and way worse than that area if you ask me. There were no signs, no warnings of the work they were going to be doing and no slippery when wet cones or any of that jive — my daughter even asked someone what they were doing(it was a mess of clueless customers and workers and completely congested at this point)…and one of the ladies said they were replacing the machines?! ‘wasn’t my daughter excited’ or something like that, to have the new machines?! excited? happy? really?! NOWAYWILL I EVERGOBACKTOTHISPLACE! They had no consideration for their customers, or they would have closed shop while they worked or at the very least put up signs letting people know what was going on and helping them be safe-no, it was like they were just concerned with the money their new machines would bring in and all hell for the customers being inconvenienced and their health and hearing being put at risk because God forbid they close shop and lose money while they reconstruct the place.

I’m baaack! And my first review of 2010 is… Launderland? I hate the laundry machines in my apartment complex. Seriously, why did you decide to only offer 3 washers when there are dozens of families that live here? Whatevas, homes. In any case, this place is like laundry machine galore… for people who get excited about laundry… They have all these different sizes: regular, double, triple, maxi. Why do I sound like I’m naming off different levels of menstrual pads? The machines use a lot of water so your clothes come out super clean :)
