Margit Aaron Studio

I started seeing Margit a few years ago on a recommendation of a good friend. We can go shorter or longer, darker or lighter, and change it up! Margit is talented, a true professional and caring stylist that will make you shine! I have seen Kreisson on several occasions and he, too, is great. The salon is in a quaint part of Tustin and the salon has a spa atmosphere. You get personal service and look forward to going back! I highly recommend Margit as well as Kreisson. I look forward to my next visit and my new look! You should go — you’ll be glad that you did!

Love her!!! I have never had such a good hair experience at a salon. I been looking all over for someone I can trust with my hair care needs. I have been trying to get my hair healthy and grow. And since I am trying to keep my hair healthy, I have refrained from using any chemicals on my hair. First time around in only got a trim/​cut and keratin treatment. I was so impressed that I scheduled a second visit. I have always wanted to dye my hair. And I asked for her honest opinion if I should with her knowing my hair care needs. And she made me feel confident to take the chance. On my second visit I decided to take the plubdge. She used products that would be best for my hair needs and to keep it healthy. I am truly happy with my experiences and the results. My hair has never felt so healthy.

I am so unbelievably impressed with Margit Aaron. I have very difficult hair. A combination of fine frizzy hair in the front, thick heavy curl in the back and plenty of gray throughout. She knows just the right levels to lift it and my color is fantastic! She hits the exact cut so now when I style it myself it looks like I just left the salon where as before I found her, my hair looked like I just finished working out at hot yoga! Every client of hers I have met in her salon not only love her as a person, they are super happy with their hair. Can’t say enough good things!

My sister told me about Margit when I moved back to the OC. I went there and would never go anywhere else. Margit is a magician with color and does fantastic work cutting and styling my hair also. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating, I can heartily recommend everyone in the studio. It’s the place to go for anything to do with hair!!!

Kreisson is the best! I just love how I can speak openly and critically of what I need done to my hair. He takes my direction and executes a style that fits my mood and needs. So glad I found someone who can deal with my mane and make GQ fashion a part of my live with only a 5 minute daily effort on my part. Everyone should have a touch of Kreisson in their lives.

Kreisson is THE BOMB! I’m not great with explaining how i want my hair, all i know is what i want. I like colors, I tell him to put certain highlights and mix blend them nicely together. He’s great! Did exactly what I envisioned although I couldn’t say it. Thank YOU!

Today was my first time here an Kression was my stylist. He was amazing in every way! Not only is he great at what he does he is also very nice and easy going! He did a fab job on my hair. The environment was very chill, clean, and relaxing! Will be going back for sure:)

I used to go to the salon, look at the magazines, pick a style, and tell the hairdresser, «I want THAT!»
It never came out the way I wanted, and I always turned out with a mom-​cut in my preteens. I would die a little inside and Mom would buy me a straightener to make me feel better about the bad hair days that followed.
Now, I see Kreisson at Margit Aaron every single time. It’s been 5 years of my best hair. He asks, «What do you want to do with your hair?» I say, «Whatever you want.» And voila! Instant beauty (ha ha)
From cutting off 2 inches to 10, coloring highlights to the whole head, Kreisson has never disappointed. He’s honest and experienced, and he knows what looks good on his clients. I have really thick, crazy, do-​what-​it-​wants hair (what my friends and I call «ethnic hair»), but he always manages to tame it. He’s done my hair for proms and weddings too.
Ask for Kreisson and you will look and feel fabulous, guaranteed! (I’m sure the other people in the salon are just as good, but I’ve only ever had Kreisson)

I’ve been coming here for cut & color for more than a year. When I moved out here from the east coast, I was looking for a Paul Mitchell salon, and I ended up at Margit Aaron’s, getting my hair done by Danielle. When I first came in, I knew I wanted highlights but I had total color-​phobia… however, Danielle is awesome and eased me into it! I love my hair and I’m no longer afraid of change :) Plus their shampoo chairs are heavenly. No neck pain!

I have been going to Margit for years, she is great and her shop and staff are super. Try her or 1 of her stylists and you will be happy you found them. Price are competitive and Margit has tons of experience with color.

I have been going to Margit for OVER TEN YEARS. I cannot imagine what I would look like without her. I have super, thick big curly hair and Margit somehow, with every visit, manages to tame it down and give me an absolutely perfect hair cut. Her prices are fair, her service is excellent and her staff are friendly, attentive and equally talented!

I’m really picky about my hair. I used to drive from OC to Beverly Hills to get my hair done by a celebrity stylist. I was so relieved to find the same high quality expertise, without the celebrity price in my own backyard in Tustin! Margit and her whole team are adorable!

I have been going to Margit for the past two years. Both she and everyone in the salon is awesome! Super great salon/​beautiful/​relaxing. Would not think of going anywhere else. OC BEST!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My sister-​in-​law recommended I try it out. I first went for a complimentary shampoo and style to get a feel for the place and the stylists. I went with Kreisson… he is a genius! And very very nice. He styled my hair so well that it looked like it had been cut, you know that fresh healthy feel your hair has after a cut. I was sold. Just went for a cut recently and I am so happy!!! I brought a photo of a style I liked and Kreisson made it happen. He got it exactly the way I wanted it. The price is very reasonable and worth every penny!!! I am so glad that I found this little jewel of a place in Tustin, and love supporting the local small businesses. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and make you feel welcome. You have to give it a try!!! :o)

I’m usually not a huge fan of salons or of getting my hair cut in general. Most stylists make me feel like I need to straighten my hair to death to get it to look good and charge me an arm and a leg to cut my long, thick hair. But this place was different from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by smiles and a tour of the small but elegant salon and the stylist immediately told me that he loved my naturally wavy hair. Finally! The color is great and not at all harsh; the shampoo stations are secluded, with relaxing lighting, music, and scents; and, best of all, he didn’t even touch my hair with a flat iron! Oh, and the price was half of what I usually pay.
If I still lived in the area, I’d be a regular here.
