Cheeseburger combo is the best. I keep coming back for the service. Always kind and friendly.

Costed over $ 4.50 just for fries! Way overpriced place. A combo just cost $ 3 more. I’m never coming back. A $ 0.50 charge for orders under $ 4.00. My total came out to $ 4.55. Why’d I get the fee if it was $ 4.05? I don’t know. Thanks for the overcharge scums.

You get what you pay for.

Loved this place up until I experienced a long 25minute wait to get my food on the drive thru!
Got my burger and it was all soggy drenched in sauce. The fries were stale, the lettuce was wilted & old (brown).
Ordered a side of pepperoncinis and those were old too!
Really disappointed at their long wait time & the quality of food was horrible!
Sad thing is I been coming here for years!
I don’t know what’s going on lately cause their food sucks now!

I went through the drive thru for breakfast and got French toast. The didn’t give me syrup. I went back in and the girl who served me said she didn’t know I wanted syrup. Really? 15 bucks an hour for stupid?

Best damn food in Tustin. All the way from breakfast burritos, burgers, chili cheese fries. I’m sad I don’t live nearby, but every time I go get a cut at Chad’s hairstore, I make a point to come here to eat. LOVE thus place… Omega Burgers!!!

We went there tonight and the food was delicious! They give you so much, totally worth the money and the atmosphere was so much fun! Everyone there is super friendly and sweet!!! Will definitely be going back!!!

I honestly only made this account to leave this review because people HAVE to know what’s going on at this place. I don’t want there to be people going here and having too high expectations because of the rating (which I think is a far cry from the truth).
1) area is filthy. I’ve seen them clean the tables TWICE in the ten years I’ve lived in Tustin and all the times I’ve eaten inside. Never once saw staff wipe down counters, sweep, or anything of that sort.
2) staff USED to be nice. There was an Asian young man that was really nice and gave me breaks after a long day at work by taking my order, even when I barely made it before closing times. Unfortunately, this cannot be said about much (if not all) of the current staff. I’ve had less than tolerable service from an elderly woman that practically throws your food/​change at you when ordering via drive thru. I know your job/​day/​life sucks but don’t treat your customers like this.
3) prices are ridiculous. They use bargain/​off brand ingredients and expect people to pay gourmet food prices. I used to buy the same things (cheeseburger and chili cheese fries, for example) but I recently went to buy the latter and… Seven dollars??? For fries??? Really??? Bye.
4) you could get a better and more filling meal at the Carl’s Jr. that’s further down Newport for the same amount you would spend at this place. Really would only recommend the fries but they’re not worth going to this place and risking leaving with yet another bad experience.
5) unsanitary. I will not disclose names (since I do not know if they still work there) but be aware that former employees disclosed to me that some of the fry cooks used to spit in people’s food. Now, about things I HAVE witnessed: I’ve never seen some of the staff use gloves when handling money and then gong back to preparing food. It also used to reek of weed for years and made me too nauseous to stay for too long.
It’s a shame that the place looks as bad as the service is because it could have thrived if given a thorough remodeling and a focus on paying attention to providing quality service to customers. Years have really gotten the best of this place but I can’t say I miss it.

It definitely pricey for a little hamburger joint, minimum $ 10 bucks, specials ok food alright burgers ok, 3 tacos ball greasy spoon nasty. Typical Vietnamese take the money bye, cook old burnout guy no pleasantries.
Bacon cheeseburger and french fries $ 9.50 comes with a drink what can I say its good… kk

Gets an extra star got nostalgia. Started bringing the kids here back in the early 80s. Fed us all back when $ was tight. Now 40 years later we take our kids and grand kids out of pure comfort. Our corner seat at the window is still there to greet us all these years later. Owners have come and gone but the food is pretty much the same. Nothing to write home about but comforting in its consistency. Love Omega’

I would give this place 2.5 stars. It’s your typical charbroiler burger place. They have everything from burgers, salads, sandwiches and Mexican food on the menu. They serve breakfast as well. I got a cheeseburger and chili fries. The cheeseburger was a little over cooked, but the dressing they put on the burger (I think it’s 1,000 Island) ruined it for me because there was so much of it on the burger I had to wipe it off. The chili fries were good portion but it was very salty. I’m not sure if it was the chili or they really salted the fries before putting on the chili. Either way I didn’t eat much of them.
I would possibly go back to try something else on the menu since they had so many things to choose from. I would definitely stay away from the burger and chili fries.

Food is great place is dirty owner is a witch I feel bad for her employees who make me come back and the food is good I found a bug in my soda I normally add water and that container was dirty and a bug came out of it super nasty I should of taken a picture but was trying to not taste the awful smell n I took the lid of smelled it and noticed a dead fly in it ewww I was so grossed out I told the manager right away she didn’t know wat to say I told her just give me another Cup

I been going there since 1992 it was waaay better in that time now its alright. Ill just come when ever im in town it brings good memories when i use to live down the street

I really like the flavors in there burgers but their fries are just okay. They need a new speaker at there drive through. Also, why do they even have a drive through? All three times I’ve been there I’ve pulled up to the window and sat there for 15 mins in the hot sun, wasting gas as the prepare the food. That’s much to long to wait when I’m their only customer at the time.

Clean and staff is always friendly! Recently I ordered a full stack and some sides for my daughter and the chef surprised her with an extra mini Mickey Mouse pancake-​so sweet!

Hm, I’ve been here twice, without having seen the reviews. I’ve only had good experiences through the drive-​thru. The first time I came through, I ordered a veggie burrito, and the second time I had a veggie burger with onion rings. Granted, they are immigrants to America, so they have an accent when speaking and maybe their manners aren’t what we expect, having been raised here, but I have had the correct order, the correct change and given a smile and a thank you. The drive-​thru person was an older Asian woman. She’s precise, and that’s what matters to me, and she’s friendly enough… I don’t need small talk, and she doesn’t give it. The food has been hot and filling… so I will be back.

This is the worst food I’ve ever had in recent memory. Absolutely awful. I should have known better when I walked in and it was empty but still. The food was incredibly stale and clearly microwaved. All the meat was razor thin and, again, seems like it was microwaved more than anything else and the bun was hard as a rock. I asked for a cup of water and got a dirty cup, and the water was held in some plastic container and tasted awful. Of course, everything was incredibly overpriced for what it was too.
If I could give this less than one star I would, truly terrible, I can’t emphasize that enough.
I will note that the staff seemed pretty nice though.

4 stars because it’s literally the only place around where I can get a decent breakfast burrito in Tustin. Yes, inside sucks, no question about it. I’ve never had anything but breakfast, so I can’t really offer much more here.

This is one of those places that locals would go back in the 80’s and it would be filled with people. Now it just looks depressing and somewhat neglected. The food is basically your usually diner burgers and toast, ham & eggs breakfast, nothing fancy. Great for a quick lunch or breakfast if you don’t want to deal with lines at IHOP and Denny’s.
I wish this place would do a complete renovation. Tustin is full of surprisingly great small (non chain) eateries.

— inside décor is very outdated… old and tired booths.
— lady behind the counter was very friendly.
— nothing special in here.
— prices seemed a bit pricey for what you get.
Eats: double cheese burger.
The burger is supposed to be charbroiled, but the meat patties cooked on an open grill… I saw no fire. The bun is nothing special. The meat patty was really thin. They never asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. The burger was put together really well. not all falling apart. However, the burger was below average for the price. I’d rather have a double whopper at Burger King.
I’m glad I tried this place out finally. I don’t think I’ll return tho… better hamburger joints near by.
