We used COI for our entire office of cubicles about two years ago as well as for a desk just a few weeks ago. The customer service was some of the worst I have experienced. The sales person was very rude from the very beginning. She took days to respond to emails and voicemails. She spoke to me like I was stupid and made the experience highly unpleasant. The only reason I gave two stars is because their products are great. We love the desk. I would recommend COI if you don’t care about being treated well but you want a good product.

I would definitely recommend COI to anyone looking for office furniture in Southern California. COI made the move of our Medical Wellness center seamless. My realtor(Randall Parker from Travers Realty) who helped me negotiate my new office with the Irvine Company recommended Corporate Office Interiors and give me Mike Manser’s contact info. Mike came by my office with Ronni(ultimately our designer) and made a commitment to convert my vision of my new 10,000 sq. ft. office into a reality using pre-owned office furniture. Ronni spent the time to understand my vision, sent me pictures of pre-owned furniture, took me to see the pre-owned options, and came up with small modification ideas(e.g. add accent panels, glass tops, etc.). These photos of pre-owned cubicles seemed ordinary, but once the enhancements are done and installers cleaned them up. They magically became a very impressive and professional looking furniture. Throughout this process, I was very impressed with Mike and Ronni’s professionalism and flexibility. Prices were very reasonable and passed my highly sensitive«value based» selection process. I provided Corporate Office Interiors some photos of my new office after completion. You can see that the result was quite stunning! You should feel confident in placing your office furniture needs with Mike’s team. They are a great group of people to work with. We hired COI to convert our conference room into a 4-person cubicle set up. Lauren Marsh helped us with the design, space planning, ordering and installation. She did a great job getting everything together in just under two weeks, and had the install scheduled within the next week. The install went well and Eddie’s crew was very friendly and open to questions and adjustments. Overall, a very good experience for us. We highly recommend their services.

We just moved our office at the beginning of this year. In that process I interviewed and received proposals from about 5 different office interior companies. COI was far and away the most professional, with a wide array of new and previously used furniture. Don’t let their fancy office fool you, COI very competitieve with their pricing. Lauren Marsh helped us with the space planning, color scheme, and of course pointing us in the right direction with our office furniture. Our office looks amazing and the installation process was fast and efficient. Salvador and his team of guys worked so hard to get our office up and running quick. We were very pleased with our furniture !
