Direct TV says they have the best customer service but they actually dont. They want you to keep their business but yet when you call them to state that you are moving or you need the satellite dish to be relocated they hit you with a $ 55.00 to $ 100.00 charge. If they their technicians knew how to do thier job in the first place and not bolt satelitte dishes to the roof they wouldnt have to go out and relocate the dish. I think they do this so if they do have to relocate the dish they can get you to pay this ridiculous fee. If the customer is a value customer and they are keeping the service why charge this fee. They need to really re-think this charge is they want to keeo their customers.
