Tony promptly returned phone calls, showed up on-​time, quoted very reasonable prices and worked his tail off for 8 hours to get everything done! The whole process of buying our home was short of a fairy tale, but did push us down a path to meet Tony Sherriff. Tony «the home inspector» truly knows the entire Department of Industrial Relation codes to maintain a quality and safe home. He brought a whole new level of expertise to the table with his detailed report and follow up inspection. Tony was able to position us in a spot to negotiate all the repairs that needed to be addressed.

It’s great to know there are still honest professional folks out there. We called Tony at the last minute to do a home inspection we needed right away. My realtor was out of town and I thought he was going to handle all the inspection arrangements. Tony was gracious and came the very next day and did a great job at a fair price. He took his time and was very thorough in his explanations and provided us with a professiona and detailed written report.
