Well, by golly. I got a assisted listening device that is just stupendous! Although THC may not be the maker of the Surflink mobile, they brought it to my attention. The selling point was the microphone option and cell phone answering with no wires to my model! But… surprise! I found this device to have truly great music and audio playback. Far outperforming any other device I have ever tried. I am stunned. Only minor complaint is the body strength of the build for the device. Excellent work Starkey and THC. Stress is greatly reduced.

Very unhappy with the owner at Tustin Hearing Center. Janell Reid audiologist, Janell could not make the hearing aid work properly at all. It worked for a few days then it became hard to hear. There was no clarity and lot of background noise. I had 20 follow up visits with nothing resolved. This useless hearing aid has affected the relationships with some of the people I socialize with. Paid $ 5,500 for the mid-​range hearing aid plus $ 200 for the remote that is useless. Janell is dishonest, she over charged me by some margins. I spoke with three other audiologists and they sell the same ONE for $ 3,500 EA. They do take advantage of older people (ELDERLY ABUSE)

Tustin hearing was referred to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier! They worked with me on what would be the best fit and were able to make payment arrangements very easily! They are so friendly and Amber, my audiologist, was patient, funny, and sweet! She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend coming here! I didn’t think I would be able to afford to hear but they made it hAppen!

Tustin Hearing Center, and specifically Dr. Dan Finnegan, was recommended to me by 2 different sources. I was interested in hearing protection and being evaluated for hearing aids. From the first call to the office, everyone I have encountered has been friendly, professional and articulate. Dr. Finnegan is thorough in his evaluations and explanations. I now have hearing protection and hearing aids that are working really well for me. Tustin Hearing Center is conveniently located with easy access. I am very pleased with my experience at Tustin Hearing Center and highly recommend Dr. Finnegan.

I have worked with Dan Finnegan and Dan Duran to get hearing aides for both myself and my mother. This was my second try at a hearing aide for myself after a failure the year before through another facility. The difference was amazing — Dan took over an hour to evaluate me, counsel me on options, and find the correct aide. When I came to get it, another half hour was booked to make adjustments specifically for me. I am extremely happy with my hearing aides now, and all adjustments are done without costs. in terms of my mother, she had an aide purchased through a Beltone dealer (REALLY bad idea — ALWAYS go to an audiologist instead of a hearing aide dealer). This particular dealer sold aides that she could not operate at a cost of 8K — her fingers had too much arthritis to replace the batteries. Grrrr. Tustin Hearing Center fitted her with a Lyric, which is a disposable hearing aide that goes deep into her ears. She never adjusts it or replaces the batteries — it is perfect for her needs as an elderly person with Alzheimer’s. I didn’t even know Lyrics existed, and am very grateful that I happened to choose an audiologist who could prescribe them. I highly, highly recommend Tustin Hearing Center if you want to be successful with your hearing aides.
