Let’s just put it this way. You get what you pay for. Sticky carpet, peeling linoleum in the bathroom, short black hairs in the bed and on the pillows, pilling comforter, and there isn’t even a fitted sheet on the bed! It’s a king size top sheet disguised as a fitted sheet, talk about cheap. The bed is lumpy, the pillows also suck. Luckily I had a blanket in my car that I could wrap myself up in, I’m considering buying a pillow at target since I’m here for a few days. At the end of the day I stayed here purely out of convenience, not because I wanted to stay in this hotel (probably won’t want to ever again). If you can avoid staying here, DO SO.

Customer service was great! As was the cleaning service. However, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. I felt as though I had left the 21^st-​century and stepped into a 1980s thrift store room. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. I laid down towels and kept my flip-​flops on just so my feet would not touch the floor. There was a ripped part of the tile that was slightly elevated and my toes and shoes kept getting caught in it. The tub was beyond disgusting. There comes a time when things need to be replaced and every aspect of the tub was beyond repair or paint. In this day and age of flatscreen TVs I was truly surprised to see a bulky TV set in my room. Although it did work fine it was just surprising to see it. I would say you get what you pay for but I have stayed in other inns that cost less and received a lot more in the way of accommodations. If you want good customer service and be situated in old town Tustin this place will suit that. If you want comfortable accommodations this is not the place. I am a landlord myself and I would never subject my tenants to living under these conditions.

Horrible motel, carpet is down right nasty. Parking is crappie. Shower pressure is weak, and not hot. Tweakers running around at night. Very poor upkeep. If I could give no stars I would. I stay in motels for work and have been for 12 years. This one takes the cake on sleazy motels. Never again!!!

Absolutely horrible place to stay. The rooms are super tiny. Stains in the carpets. Beds are super uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower. Do your self a favor and steer clear of this place!

Me and my family are staying close by to be able to come to Disneyland for the weekend we come from Phoenix will they let me rent the room I’m 18 and siblings or will I have to wait till my parents get here.?

Seriously the worst place to stay. Only checked in here because it’s moderately close to Disneyland and cheap. Our bathroom floor had a huge gash in it, the shower handle was broken and it was hard to control the water temperature, the management randomly shut off our water and wouldn’t turn it back on until we harassed them. The owner wasn’t even apologetic at all. The parking lot is one way and didn’t have enough spots we had to park on the street one night. All in all just a terrible experience never coming back and never recommending to anyone.

drunks, druggies and derelicts. this place is the worst of the worst. furniture form your dorm room, that drawers wont stay closed. A bathtub yellow with age, and covered in scale and soap scum. An A/​C that wouldn’t cool off a shoe box, and a TV from the 80’s. all ass up to a most unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t let my mother in law stay here and I don’t like her. Oh and one more thing. Ice cost a quarter … .if you havent had your fill of low lifes and low places stay here, ther eis nothing redeeming about it. it deserves a zero star but Unilocal wont let that happen so one star is more than kind
