Love this place! I am not really pick as to who I want to do my eyebrows, so the wait is never too long. I’m not picky because I’m never disappointed regardless of who I get! I have very sensitive skin, yet they are always gently and even throw in an eyebrow massage. I’ve been to other threading places but always seem to come back to this one!

Drove by randomly and walked in for some desperate brow love. I usually do them myself because I am terrified of other people messing them up and making them too thin or pointy, but Yogi killed it! I was helped immediately, the service was quick and they are perfectly shaped. For 9 bucks?! Looks like I don’t have to do my own brows anymore. Thank you!

This had been the worst expirience! I stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded, waited about 20 minutes. Sat down on a chair when my turn came and asked the lady to just clean the bottom up and around where I fill them in because I was trying to grow them out. She looked at me and said well that’s the same price as cleaning them on the top and bottom (very rudely)! I told her that it wasn’t about the money, I was scared that they will get ruined after all the hard work that I put into growing them out. She insisted on the fact that she will just clean them up and that I had nothing to worry about, so I let her do both top and bottom, worst mistake of my life!!! They were completely uneven and when i told her, she started saying that that’s my natural eyebrow shape! BS! She jacked them up and didn’t even show any kind of compassion about it! Stay away!!!

Love the girls! They do a great job! But the customer service from the front desk needs improvement. I was there 3 times and had to wait over an hour. Today will be the last time. No explanation, No I am sorry for the wait. Nothing.

I love Vinitas, I’ve tried a few other places when I had to if they were closed but I’ll never go anywhere else again. They always do an amazing job and are really sweet to my daughter when I bring her, they’ll even let her sit on the chair and pretend to do hers (she’s 4). I definitely recommend you get your brows done here.

I’ve come here a few different times and the organization is absolutely terrifying! I tried making appointments for threading and they claim they do not take them, but when you’re there and the wait is long you can make appointments for later times? In what universe is that a proper way to run a business? The price is reasonable compared to other establishments. This is their only redeeming quality.
The studio itself doesn’t seat people in a smart way either. You’re waiting in uncomfortable seats set up like a classroom from 1995, which makes it difficult to get in and out of.
The music and Bollywood videos are not something I mind, since it brings a cultural vibe to the art of threading. However, with a guaranteed 20 – 40 minute wait Every. Single. Time. (without fail) it’s clear that the purpose of the television is to entertain for the guaranteed long wait versus being there as a conscious thought for the ambiance.
Most of the employees are quite kind and seem to do a pretty good job. However, Lacy is absolutely insane and immature. Avoid at all costs. She refuses to work on certain people I guess because she somehow believes she has that authority and hides in the back. Oh, and she always has a look on her face like she was told off by the previous person and is still pissed about it. Not so much of a «salon» experience. Mind you, I had only been her client twice and probably said no more than two words to her each time («hello», «thank you», «please do my eyebrows like this», «thanks», «goodbye») out of fear. She really is quite scary.
Honestly, good work does not surpass negative experiences IMHO. I have the fortunate (or unfortunate in this case) position of having been here at least 5 times before I decided to give my honest and fully disclosed opinion.

. After I got my hair done I decided to wait it out and stop by Vinitas — I was there for maybe 15 minutes and walked out with manicured eyebrows and feeling great. Love Vinitas!

Yogi hands down is the best. Love how she did em. First time coming here and definitely not disappointed. Thumbs up

Making a appt is way better and easier than walking in. I learned my lession the other day when i came in. Yogi is my fave and go to lady. Strongly suggest you making a reservation before hand. Thwy will be honest with you about the wait.

Bad service!!! When I asked to see the mirror the girl threading my eyebrows annoyingly responded «can I finish first», this annoyed me so much especially since I was worried that she was threading too much! If a customer asks for the mirror, you STOP THREADING and give them the mirror! And yes, she did end up threading them too thin on the sides!!!

When I first started going to Vinita’s about 4 years ago I didn’t really care who did my eyebrows as long as they were thin. They were basically L — shaped catastrophes. Lacey! Who very kindly and politely suggested I grow them out, gave life to them. Little did I know what wonders having shape and fullness to eyebrows can have! I highly recommend Lacey! She knows what’s she’s doing! She will give you shape and volume fitting to your face. I would not go to anyone other than her.

Love coming here, specially because of Lacy (chair # 6). She is the best at eyebrows and she always shapes and threads them best. Lacy is also my hair stylist and has always done an excellent job. I use to get my hair done at Carltons and discovered Lacy not only did a better job but will do the razor cut. No other place will cut my hair with professional razors which works best for my curly hair. I highly recommend Lacy # 6 with your eyebrows and your hair!

I came to Vinita’s because my friend Lorena always has her brows on point and i want some of that lol. She said Lacy does them. I usually go to zibas but im kinda obsessed with my brows. She finished them under 10 minutes and was really gentle. I had fun, who knew?! She said she does hair and waxing so im going to come back and give it a try.
I absolutely love how my eyebrows look.

DZOPE! Ive been going to LACY for years! Loving my eyebrows and hair! Not too sure why i havent wrote a review when i first started. I guess i dont do reviews in general lol more like stare at my favorite spots on Unilocal.But i felt she deserves this! Shes hilarious! Maybe thats why im writing this review lol
Anyways… i hope this small deed of writing a review will somehow payback all the great haircuts and colors ive gotten, especially my babies (eyebrows). Girl you took me to cavewoman to wonderwoman! Lol wow i dont know how to write a review. Anyways i HIGHLY recommend her if you wanna laugh and have amazing hair and eyebrows!

Okay, NEVER have I EVER been so furious about any business ever. I’m literally writing this outside of the salon. You might think I sound like a disgruntled, miserable person, but if you look at my other Unilocal reviews, I’m normally pretty positive & give people the benefit of the doubt.
Anyway, I’ve never been here before so I decided to just take the next available person. I was seated at chair 6. Apparently I did the wrong thing because there were probably 15 people waiting for their «go-​to» person. I decided to give it a shot anyway.
A kind of bigger girl comes up to me (this is the only way I can describe her as I wasn’t there long enough to get her name), barely giving any sort of greeting. «What are you having done today?» «Oh, hi. Just eyebrows today.» And while I waited for something else (normally people ask me if I want to get cleaned up, reshaped, etc.), she just pulled out the thread and looked at me with a blank expression. «So…are you ready???» I didn’t realize she was just going to get started, so I replied, «oh, yes. But could you not make it too thin?» After reading a few negative Unilocal reviews about having thin brows after, I thought I should say that upfront.
She gives me this look and rudely says, «why would I make them thin???» Very catty & just a horrible attitude. She went for my face & I quickly backed away. I didn’t cause a scene or anything, but I said «oh, no. If you’re going to be rude, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.»
I seriously got up out of the chair & she didn’t say anything! She just headed for the trash can to throw away the thread. Really? No apology, no attempt to make things right. I don’t care if she’s the most amazing threader and could make my brows look like Kim Kardashian’s – you shouldn’t treat people that way, especially in her line of business.
Well, I’m sure this won’t stop you all from coming here, but please, please don’t make the same mistake as me & make sure you have at least one of the popular names mentioned.

And I love the receptionist. Payam is always available and knows exactly how to situate me so I get in & out of there as quick as possible since I come in during the work day.
She makes it work for me and I appreciate the staff and ladies of this facility a lot. Been coming to these wonderful brow artists for 3 years now. Def recommend it to any guys out there, curious to try it.

If you are looking for someone that can fix your eyebrows GO TO CINDY !!!

For the most part, I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve gone here for eyebrow threading, and a couple times for waxing. Everyone is friendly. When I get my brows done, they take their time no matter how busy they are. I appreciate that. They even offer a free eyebrow massage. The wait can be kind of long during lunch hour and during holiday weekends. Lacy is my favorite. She’s super friendly and attentive.

Been going here for over a year and I always see Vasu. She doesn’t talk a lot, which I like. I’m not one for conversation when I’m getting my eyebrows threaded. She gives some pretty awesome eyebrow massages and listens to what you want.
This place is walk-​in and gets really busy on the weekends and typically after 5pm because that’s when people get off work. I also tried coming at 11am (right when they open for the day) and it’s swamped as well. Guess I got to try those slow hours (I’ve still yet to find out).
They just raised the price by a dollar, but the receptionist typically gives you a dollar off coupon anyways. Don’t forget to get a stamp on your stamp card. 10^th one is free.
