1) They are cheaper than Redbox!!! They have special where you rent for 3 nights for $ 3.39, thats $ 1.13 a night. the deadline to return is 10 pm so you get the whole day and most of the night. And if you are late its only $ 1.20. Redbox is now $ 1.50 now, and Blu Ray is $ 2, and thats NOT including the tax! And that has pissed me off. They keep going up! Why?! Well they lost me as a customer. Thats just greedy.
2) Super Star Video gets new releases sooner than Redbox!
3) Super Star has a better selection than Redbox! Redbox only carries movies for so long then they remove them which is kind of irritating at times.
4) They are a local small business and we should support our community.
Anyway, the sign up sheet asks for your social security number but you don/​t need to write it down to open up an account.
You only need your I. D, proof of address, (a bill), a debit/​credit card to keep on file, like back in the day.
