David was amazing! I came in with a last-​minute request for U-​Haul and got everything I needed. He also took the time to look for any deals that he could get me which ended up saving me about $ 100. I would definitely use them again!!!

Typical U-​Haul service. Nothing to go crazy about.
I actually returned a U-​Haul from LA here. Quick processing. Got nailed for going 13 miles over my estimate — oops. Left the cab a bit messy, they overlooked it.
This facility seemed to have a pretty large selection of trucks. The facility where I rented the one that I returned had a lot smaller of a selection. Have to keep that in mind.
To the fellow who was dinged for damage, always look over the truck before driving away. Always get the insurance!

BEWARE! This place is a Fraud! Ryan should be fired for his unprofessional behavior and trying to charge customers for damage that is normal wear and tear. I would drive further for a rental than ever go here again. Uhaul would do better to not renew the lease with this authorized dealer. I have never been yelled at in such a way for things that weren’t my doing. Bruce (Area Supervisor) did take care of the issue. Stay away from here! Beware that they are closed for an hour for lunch and close early as well. They don’t stick to their hours. What a waste.
