I ordered a arrangement for my husband. The salted caramel apple one. I used their website to place my order and pay. It was fast easy and perfect. When I went to pick up the arrangement it was ready and waiting for me. They even kept it cold. I got it home to give to my husband and it still looked great and the fruit tasted amazing! Very fresh and perfect! Needless to say I ate more than he did I will order again.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my aunt and paid an additional fee for it to include chocolate covered strawberries. They delivered the arrangement and NO chocolate covered strawberries. I was annoyed and called the store(Twinsburg.) I spoke to an employee named Sarah and she offered to send a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries later that day. They did arrive with a written apology from the company. Thank you Edible Arrangements for making things right. I appreciate good company policy and will order again!

I ordered a small edible arrangement from this location for my aunt whose husband had just passed. I live in California and my aunt lives in Ohio so I used the online ordering system and the Twinsburg location made it and delivered it to my aunt’s doorstep within 2 hours of the time I placed my order. This was my first time ordering an edible arrangement and I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the whole process was, although very expensive I would highly recommend!

I ordered a huge arrangement online to send as a sympathy gift to be delivered that day. The intended recipient received a call asking if it was okay if they delivered the order the next day. The store was busy and running low on a supply. I am appalled that the store called the recipient instead of me. I’m the person that ordered and paid for it. The recipient had enough going on with their loss than to receive a call about this. If they had called me, I’d be fine with the delay. If someone spends $ 120 with you, you should know who your customer is. I called today to give feedback. They apologized and offered $ 5 credit. It’s not so much about the credit. I had to hear this story from the recipient(who still had not received it by noon the next day). I’m hoping the actual bouquet makes up for this experience.

I also encountered, by phone, the store employee, Katherine. I was checking to see if my online ordered had been received by the store and delivered as requested. She was very abrupt with me, saying yes, it had been delivered. When I pressed for more details about where it was delivered or if the driver was available to ask, she agreed to check to see who had signed for the order. A few seconds later she said she was unable to read the signature. I said I would have to call around to see if I could find where the order was, and she hung up. Without an OK or a goodbye, just clunk. So, the order did arrive, in the correct container, but sloppy looking and strawberries messily coated. Some of the uncoated strawberries were not ripe — still white. My guess — poor management at this location.

I first was introduced to this location when my daughter-in-law sent me an arrangement for my birthday. I was so pleased with the delicious fruit, bright colors, and beautiful basket(which I use as a planter now), that I ordered one for pickup for a party a few weeks later. I added chocolate apples and it was amazing! Everyone was so pleased. Since then, I have placed 2 more orders for friends and received rave reviews for the dove bouquet and orange blossom. I also stopped into the store and purchased a box out of the cooler today and am enjoying chocolate dipped fruit as I write this.

For Mother’s Day, I purchased a bouquet of chocolate dipped strawberries in a red vase, because my mother’s favorite color is red. In the online photo, it looked beautiful, and it was a no-brainer that it would be perfect for my mom. However, the bouquet(made at this Edible Arrangements location) arrived in a tacky white vase with red hearts on it, and didn’t look nearly as delicious as the photo(of course, nothing ever does). I sent a note to their Customer Service Dept., explaining my displeasure. The next day, a representative from this location(Katherine) called me and said they would send out the correct arrangement that day. It was a very abrupt conversation… no ‘we’re sorry’, no explanation. I said that I appreciated their efforts in correcting this problem, then went ahead to let my mom know a new one would be coming, to which she got very excited. The replacement arrangement never arrived, much to my and my mother’s displeasure. I called Katherine back, explained the problem, and again there was no apology or explanation why this happened. She was extremely flippant about the whole ordeal, and appeared quite scatterbrained and like she didn’t care one way or the other. She again said they would right the error. Today my mom called and told me that she was just delivered an EMPTY vase. This is the vase that the arrangement should have been delivered in the first time, but it was EMPTY. Katherine indicated to me on 5÷10÷13 that an entirely new arrangement would be delivered to my mother on that day to correct their error, including new strawberries. Totally CLASSLESS. It’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.
