Salyna Gracie makes artesian chocolates and specialty cakes to die for in the little tiny part of the Methow Valley called Twisp. Her chocolate creations stand up against every swank high-​profile chocolatier or cake maker I’ve crossed paths with and her cakes look divine though I’ve not had the occasion to experience those for myself. Salyna makes wedding cakes and sheet cakes for your black-​tie event to your everyday occasion. She will ship items to you and you can purchase at a limited number of shops around her area — call for locations. Salyna offers cakes that are naturally sweetened, gluten-​free, dairy-​free, and vegan, too.
