Our server was unknowledgable of menu items and gave the impression she didn’t want to be there. The food was unimpressionable and tasted microwaved. When we asked for an extra ketchup our server replied, «Are you going to use it?» Rude. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant. Also, I wrote a formal complaint letter to the restaurant’s general manager(whomever that may be… the website provided no contact names). It’s been two weeks and haven’t heard a peep! Wow, that’s the honest truth. My wife and I ventured to the north shore and were familiar with chef Kevin Aho’s cuisine from his Izatys Resort stint. He was great there but even BETTER now. The beef tips were seasoned, melted in your mouth and were served with great garlic mash and sautéed green beans. I had a coppino, which is a seafood stew. It was huge, and scrumptious, loaded with clams, mussels, shrimp and scallops in a tomato base. We had great dinner salads, fresh, hot bread and a cheesecake dessert. Definitely worth a stop if you are anywhere near on the north shore. Go a bit later as there will be less people. Service was excellent.
