Horrible customer service, and the gym isn’t anything special. Hardly any equipment or classes available. Either save money and go to planet fitness or spend a little extra and go to a bigger gym that also cares about its customers. One of my selling points on this gym is that you could bring guests during business hours as long as they signed in and had a license. The manager, Angela, failed to mention that guests also have to pay a 15 dollar day fee. When I asked her why she didn’t make me aware of this fee when I joined, she stated«I didn’t have to.» Yes you really should have though, leaving out fees when joining anywhere is bad business and a «hook line and sink» gimmic. Angela and the trainer Ashton had horrible attitudes about this situation today. They didn’t care at all, and there’s no doubt customer service goes out the window here after you join. They don’t care about their customers because when you sign a year or longer membership you sign an agreement saying that if you want to leave you still have to pay the remaining balance. They get their money no matter what, so why care about their members? Such a horrible attitude for a business to have, and I’m very disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoy this Anytime location. Has a good variety of equipment and weights. Plenty of treadmills and ellipticals. Also has a Crossfit inspired/boot camp looking area, that they offer boot camp classes in. As well as a spinning and yoga studio. All in all, it’s a great Anytime location. The only problem is that members here don’t seem to know how to re-rack weights when they’re finished with a machine or dumbbells. Thus, the three star rating.

This is the largest Anytime in Tyler. It’s always clean, unlike other locations. There is a large selection of elliptical and treadmills. Each has their own TV, and the headphone jacks work most of the time. Lots of free weights and machines, a spin room, and another room for classes. I dig the many TV’s on most of the walls. Don’t be shy about walking in, it’s usually normal people as opposed to gym rats.
