I think one star is generous. We paid 60% down in November and they were supposed to start on our fence by or before December first. That deadline came and went and by February I finally called and secretary said she would call me back and she never did. I kept calling and she said she was unsure when they would start and that she would talk to Clay. Again, never calls me back. Finally, Beginning of April they got the fence and it has been almost a month and we don’t have our fence. Called her after 3 weeks asked to talked to Clay and big surprise have not heard anything. They had told us when we paid them we could get temporary fence for our dogs and not surprising they did not do it. Never use them! Has been a horrible experience! 12/08/2015 Today I received a call from Clay personally apologizing for my experience. This means a lot and I think he was unaware of the communication issues at his office. His work was great when it was finished and he did give me a discount which was very generous. At the time I was very upset due to the lack of communication, but it says a lot when an owner takes the time to call and make things right.
