STAY WAY!!! This was the worst move for my husband and me. Due to oil and gas we have moved a lot. It is always stressful. This more so! My husband just lost his job. Only to find another in the state of Ohio. Then before he had to leave we had to put our dog down. The owner Lynn stood in my house and told me after voicing my concerns about moving that things would be ok.
Finally receiving our belongs. There was such damage to furniture and things are MISSING! TWO TV! A HUNTING BOW! AIR COMPRESSOR! And much more! IN ALL THE YEARS WE HAVE MOVED. WE HAVE NEVER HAD THINGS LOST! This company this should not be in business!
I can’t express the anger and the feeling of being violated. These are people are shameless. Not even so much as a call to apologize. Let alone any compensation for what they did to our goods and lost items.

We did not use this company. Got them to come and give us estimate on packing and moving after they finally got it to us they made no effort in trying to get with us on a moving date. It’s like they didn’t need our business they didn’t return several phone calls so we finally chose a company that wanted our business we used Atlas and they wanted our business.

Poor customer service and conflict resolution. Poor internal communication within company branches (Tyler and Longview). Unprofessional behavior during communications. Very unfortunate experience.
