This is a great weekend get away. Everything is great. You will find impressive surprises with every turn.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a night near Tyler and stumbled upon this gem. We stayed at the Stable House, which used to house four Clydesdale horses but has sense been transformed into an overnight oasis for up to four couples sharing a common area in the middle.
We made dinner reservations for 8:00 and despite this place being in the middle of nowhere, it was busy but not overfull.
We started with a bottle of Cab made on sight. Yes in east Texas. It was actually quite nice and very enjoyable to drink with my steak! Steak was cooked to perfection and her pistachio crusted Sea Bass was delicious as well.
Overall the décor, atmosphere and food are excellent. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area or even making special
trip here!

Regularly eat at the bar which has an excellent Bar Menu as well as the regular menu!!! I especially enjoy the lamb chops and pistachio crusted sea bass off the main menu and the beef kabobs and grilled shrimp from the bar menu! The service is excellent!!!
