Lone Star is a great gym. It offers classes for many ages young and old. You can join at any level. It is great for someone just starting out or experienced. The coaches are knowledgeable and help one on one. Unlike some gyms where you never see the owners, here you will learn from the owners themselves and they will also participate in classes. If you would like to know more about the classes offered visit their website or come to the gym and someone will tell you more while you can see everything in person.

This place is amazing. We have been taking our boys there for four years now. My quiet shy son is more confident and self assured. The values of self protection and defense that Drew Arthur teaches is invaluable. The years of his military and law enforcement experience shows on the mat in the smart organized way that he runs the classes. The families present at the classes are friendly and encouraging to be around. Anyone interested in learning Martial arts in a positive family friendly environment should definitely check it out.
